Abstract

The screen (20) has a flat wall (20a) to define an upper surface, where the screen is made of a composite material obtained from a mixture of a matrix i.e. polymer material, and a powder of high magnetic permeability material e.g. ferrite material. The polymer material is a mixture of epoxy resin and polymerizing agent. The powder has a particle size less than about 50 microns. The mixture contains 50 to 70 weight percent of ferrite material powder, and 50 to 30 weight percent of matrix. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an emitter or a receiver for a contactless charging system of a power supply battery of an electric car or a hybrid car (2) a system for contactless charging of a power supply battery of an electric car or a hybrid car (3) a method for contactless charging of a power supply battery of an electric car or a hybrid car.
