Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Système d'accouplement pour relier le rotor (18) d'une machine électrique tournante (12) et un arbre primaire (14) d'une boîte de vitesses d'un moteur thermique d'un groupe motopropulseur hybride d'un véhicule automobile, comprenant d'une part un moyeu (20) conformé pour être solidaire à rotation avec le rotor (18) par rapport à un carter fixe (15) portant un stator (17) de la machine électrique et d'autre part un dispositif de transmission axiale de commande d'embrayage et de débrayage à travers le moyeu, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transmission axiale de commande d'embrayage et de débrayage comprend deux ensembles (45, 46) de transmission axiale de commande qui sont dédiés chacun à la commande d'un mécanisme d'embrayage, l'un des mécanismes étant dédié à l'accouplement du moteur thermique à l'arbre primaire (14) relié au rotor (18) et l'autre des mécanismes étant dédié à l'accouplement du moteur thermique à un autre arbre primaire (13) de la boîte de vitesses monté tournant concentriquement audit arbre primaire (14) du rotor, et qui comprennent chacun un corps d'entretoise (65, 84) axialement mobile en traversant le moyeu (20) et interposé entre deux butées tournantes (51, 61, 74, 82) axialement mobiles, respectivement d'entrée de commande du déplacement axial du corps d'entretoise d'un côté du moyeu et de sortie de commande du mécanisme d'embrayage associé de l'autre côté du moyeu.
- 2. Système selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le moyeu (20) détermine au moins une lumière (35, 36) de passage et les corps d'entretoise (65, 84) comprennent chacun au moins une patte axiale (69, 88) traversant la lumière (35, 36).
- 3. Système selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le moyeu (20) comporte autant de lumières (35, 36) que les corps d'entretoise (65, 84)comprennent de pattes axiales (69, 88), chacune des lumières étant dédiée à sa patte axiale.
- 4. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les pattes axiales d'entretoise (69, 88) sont conformées en portions de tube cylindrique.
- 5. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les pattes axiales d'entretoise (69, 88) sont au nombre de trois pour chaque corps d'entretoise (65, 84).
- 6. Système selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les pattes axiales d'entretoise (69, 88) sont angulairement réparties de façon régulière.
- 7. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque annulaire (53, 76) d'appui d'entretoise est interposée entre chacun des corps d'entretoise (65, 84) et l'une de ses butées tournantes (51, 74), les pattes axiales d'entretoise (69, 88) ayant leurs extrémités libres accrochées à la plaque annulaire qui leur correspond.
- 8. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les corps d'entretoise (65, 84) et leurs butées tournantes (51, 61, 74, 82) sont montés mutuellement à coulissement axial.
- 9. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les butées tournantes (51, 61, 74, 82) d'entrée de commande du déplacement axial des corps d'entretoise (65, 84) sont solidaires de bagues de commande (49, 72) orientées vers l'opposé du moyeu (20) par rapport audites butées et sont conformées pour être actionnées à déplacement axial par des fourchettes (41, 42).
- 10. Module de groupe motopropulseur hybride pour 35 véhicule automobile, comportant un carter d'embrayage (15) logeant une machine électrique tournante (12) à stator (17) solidaire du carter et rotor (18) monté surun moyeu (20), caractérisé en ce que le moyeu (20) appartient à un système d'accouplement (10) conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comporte une portion de portée (26B) solidaire d'un roulement (32) monté dans le carter (15), le carter étant conformé pour être monté entre une boîte de vitesses à double arbre primaire (13, 14) suivant un même axe et un moteur thermique du groupe motopropulseur hybride.
