Abstract
Description
Les flacons ou les tubes contenant des formules liquides ou crémeuses sont obturés par une capsule à vis ou à clipser à une seule sortie de produit, aucun modèle de format usuel ne permet d'obtenir avec une gestuelle simple deux débits différents de produit favorisant une optimisation de la consommation au moment de l'emploi. Selon la présente invention la capsule service à deux orifices différents de sortie de produit reste attenante au récipient, elle est constituée de deux pièces moulées en matière plastique, une embase à vis sur laquelle sont gravés deux indicateurs d'utilisation désignant un grand ou un faible débit, l'embase est surmontée d'un dôme muni de deux orifices excentrés de diamètres différents et alignés respectivement dans l'axe des indicateurs correspondants. Sur l'embase tourne d'un demi tour une coiffe dont le plateau horizontal à embout distributeur inscrit sur le même rayon que celui des orifices de sortie de produit de l'embase est relié par une charnière film à un couvercle moulé ouvert, extérieurement le plateau horizontal est raccordé à un corps sur lequel est gravé une flèche d'orientation située dans l'axe de l'embout distributeur. A la fermeture du couvercle, une mini jupe obture de façon étanche l'embout distributeur ; le débattement d'un demi tour de la coiffe est contrôlé par une ailette intérieure qui entre en contact selon la position d'utilisation avec l'une des butées verticales solidaires de l'embase. A l'utilisation en tournant la coiffe d'un demi tour la flèche d'orientation est positionnée face à l'un des indicateurs pour sélectionner le débit de produit souhaité, ce mouvement a pour conséquence de superposer l'embout distributeur obturé par le couvercle de la coiffe au dessus de l'orifice de sortie de produit retenu.
