Abstract

The method involves receiving a flow (F) of cut grass in bulk by a receiving unit (2), where the grass cut is cut by a cutting tool (13) i.e. blade, of a lawn mower. A continuous cut grass strand (Bh) is formed by continuously pushing and compressing the cut grass in a tubular element (3) by using a compression unit (4). A flexible tubular package (Es) e.g. net or bag, is retained around the tubular element such that the flexible package is deployed under pressure of the grass strand. The grass strand existing in the tubular element is continuously packed by the tubular package. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for continuously packing cut grass (2) a mower.

Description

L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'emballage en continu d'herbe coupée, ainsi qu'un dispositif pour l'emballage en continu d'herbe coupée, en tant que tel. Le dispositif trouvera une application particulière comme 5 accessoire embarqué sur une tondeuse à gazon. Dans le domaine des tondeuses à gazon, et plus particulièrement des tondeuses autoportées ou autotractées comprenant un châssis porteur, des roues, un outil de coupe et un carter recevant l'outil de coupe, il est connu de canaliser le flux d'herbe coupée engendré par l'outil de 10 coupe et de le diriger en direction d'un réceptacle de stockage de l'herbe coupée. Selon cet état de la technique, périodiquement, lorsque le réceptacle est plein, l'utilisateur doit interrompre la tonte pour vider le réceptacle. Aussi, l'invention concerne un procédé pour l'emballage en continu d'herbe coupée, comprenant les étapes suivantes : - on réceptionne un flux d'herbe coupée, en vrac, - on forme un boudin d'herbe en continu en poussant et en comprimant l'herbe coupée dans un élément tubulaire, on maintient un emballage souple, tubulaire, autour dudit élément tubulaire, - on emballe en continu le boudin d'herbe sortant dudit 10 élément tubulaire au moyen dudit emballage souple, tubulaire, maintenu autour dudit élément tubulaire, se déployant sous l'avancement et la pression dudit boudin d'herbe. A process for the continuous packing of cut grass, comprising the following steps: - receiving a cut grass stream, in bulk, - forming a continuous grass sock by pushing and compressing the cut grass received in a tubular element, - one maintains a flexible packaging (Es), tubular, around said tubular element, - one packs continuously the grass rod leaving said tubular element by means of said flexible tubular package, held around said tubular element, unfolding under the advancement and pressure of said grass pudding. 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on freine le déploiement de l'emballage souple, afin d'augmenter la compression de l'herbe dans ledit boudin d'herbe. 2.
