Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d'une barquette bi-composants (7) se composant d'une enveloppe externe (5) recouverte intérieurement par un film plastique étanche (6), dont les surfaces intérieures attenantes (5c, 6c) sont solidarisés ensemble par un matériau adhésif (2) réparti selon une ou plusieurs zones d'assemblage. Ce procédé de fabrication comprend : - une opération de fourniture de ladite enveloppe externe (5) et dudit film plastique (6), dont au moins une partie de la surface intérieure (5c, 6c) est recouverte par ledit matériau adhésif (2) consistant en un adhésif qui est activable par la chaleur à une première température T1, puis - une opération de mise en place dudit film plastique étanche (6) contre ladite enveloppe externe (5), solidarisés ensemble par ledit matériau adhésif (2) pour constituer ladite barquette (7), ladite opération de mise en place comprenant une phase de chauffage dudit film plastique (6) jusqu'à une seconde température T2, supérieure à ladite première température T1, apte à provoquer l'activation dudit matériau adhésif (2) pour constituer lesdites zones d'assemblage.
