Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour relever une charge à l'aide d'une corde en limitant les efforts et les frottements. Le dispositif est constitué d'un rouleau horizontal et perpendiculaire à la corde qui assure son changement de direction tout en l'éloignant à distance de son support. Le rouleau est en rotation sur un axe dans une chape constituée de deux tôles percées et soudées chacune sur un tube cintré à 90°. Les parties droites et verticales de ces tubes permettent de guider les cordages et 10 d'assurer une reprise de charge réalisée par un tour mort du cordage. Les parties droites horizontales de ces tubes sont soudées sur une platine permettant l'adaptation et l'ancrage à de multiples supports. La platine dispose de perçages de différentes configurations afin de s'ancrer à tout support rigide. 15 A titre d'exemple non limitatif, le dispositif objet de l'invention pourrait s'adapter sur un bordé de bateau, un quai ou un portique de manutention, un élément d'échafaudage etc.... Le dispositif peut avoir des dimensions variables afm de s'adapter aux différents contextes d'utilisation. 20 A titre d'exemple non limitatif : - Le rouleau aura un diamètre de 70 mm et une longueur de 200 mm. - Les tubes cintrés à 90° qui le supportent auront un diamètre 20/27 (intérieur/extérieur). L'extrémité de ces tubes pourra comporter un bouchon plastique pour éviter tout risque de blessure... 25 - Le dispositif pourra être par exemple, en acier inoxydable. Le rouleau pourra être par exemple, en nylon blanc ou P.E.H.D. de manière à rendre la manutention silencieuse et donner de l'esthétique à l'ensemble. Les tôles constituant la chape, assurant le supportage et le guidage du rouleau seront positionnées et soudées à l'intérieur du cintrage et excentrées tangentiellement à 30 l'extérieur des tubes de manière à ce que le cordage ne puisse pas se coincer entre le rouleau et un des deux tubes.
