Abstract

The system comprises a device (11) for generating dinitrogen, a device (12) for generating dihydrogen from water, a unit (13) for mixing dinitrogen and dihydrogen, a flow control unit installed to impose a value of flow at an exit of the dinitrogen and dihydrogen generation devices, a locking unit for blocking the flow values imposed at the exit of the dinitrogen and dihydrogen generation devices, and a unit for controlling a flow value to be imposed. The dihydrogen generation device comprises a proton exchange membrane (126), and a stack of cells. The system comprises a device (11) for generating dinitrogen, a device (12) for generating dihydrogen from water, a unit (13) for mixing dinitrogen and dihydrogen, a flow control unit installed to impose a value of flow at an exit of the dinitrogen and dihydrogen generation devices, a locking unit for blocking the flow values imposed at the exit of the dinitrogen and dihydrogen generation devices, and a unit for controlling a flow value to be imposed. The dihydrogen generation device comprises a proton exchange membrane (126), and a stack of cells (125) of which each comprises the proton exchange membrane. Independent claims are included for: (1) a seal test apparatus; and (2) a process for producing a mixture of dinitrogen-dihydrogen.
