Ce dispositif est composé d'une anse (6), sur laquelle vient s'insérer une entretoise (7), celle ci étant libre en translation sur les deux bras parallèles de l'anse (6), cette même anse recevant enfin un cadenas (8) coulissant sur les deux bras parallèles de l'anse (6), le cadenas (8) étant arrêté en translation grâce aux multiples crantages (10) situés sur la partie intérieure des deux bras de l'anse (6).
