Abstract

Chaque tige fémorale prothétique de la gamme selon l'invention comprend une partie médullaire (2) de forme allongée destinée à être engagée dans le canal médullaire d'un fémur, et une partie formant col fémoral prothétique (3) destinée à faire saillie du fémur et à être équipée d'une tête fémorale prothétique, la partie médullaire de chaque tige fémorale comprenant une partie proximale (4) reliée à la partie formant col fémoral prothétique (3) et une partie distale (5). La partie distale (5) de la partie médullaire (2) de chaque tige fémorale présente des sections transversales de forme allongée avec leur plus grande dimension s'étendant selon un premier plan (P1). La partie proximale (4) de la partie médullaire (2) de chaque tige fémorale présente des sections transversales de forme allongée avec leur plus grande dimension s'étendant selon un second plan (P2). Les premier et second plans (P1, P2) sont inclinés l'un par rapport à l'autre d'un angle (a) sensiblement identique pour l'ensemble des tiges appartenant à la gamme.
