Abstract

L'invention est relative aux emballages rigides pour produits cosmétiques ou pharmaceutiques sensibles au rayonnement ultraviolet. À cet effet, et selon un premier aspect, l'invention a pour objet un corps creux spécialement destiné, en combinaison avec des moyens d'obturation et de distribution, à former un conditionnement pour un produit cosmétique ou pharmaceutique, comprenant : ▪ une paroi périphérique rigide dans son ensemble, ayant une face tournée vers l'extérieur et une face tournée vers l'intérieur, au moins pour partie transparente ou translucide, ▪ une enceinte intérieure délimitée par la paroi périphérique, apte à recevoir le produit cosmétique ou pharmaceutique, ▪ une ouverture de passage ménagée dans la paroi périphérique, avec laquelle sont aptes à coopérer les moyens d'obturation de l'ouverture et de distribution du produit cosmétique ou pharmaceutique, ▪ un revêtement rigidement solidaire à demeure de l'une au moins des faces de la paroi périphérique. Ce corps creux est tel que le revêtement : ▪ est situé au moins en regard d'une partie transparente ou translucide de la paroi périphérique et de la partie de l'enceinte intérieure qui est visible depuis l'extérieur du corps creux faisant partie du conditionnement, ▪ incorpore des moyens photochromiques réversibles, aptes, lorsqu'ils sont soumis à un rayonnement ultraviolet dépassant une intensité plancher, de passer d'une teinte plus claire à une teinte plus foncée et d'assurer, en regard, un certain degré de protection au rayonnement ultraviolet.The invention relates to rigid packaging for cosmetic or pharmaceutical products sensitive to ultraviolet radiation. This hollow body is such that the coating: ▪ is located at least opposite a transparent or translucent part of the peripheral wall and the part of the interior enclosure which is visible from the outside of the hollow body forming part of the packaging , ▪ incorporates reversible photochromic means, able, when subjected to ultraviolet radiation exceeding a minimum intensity, to go from a lighter shade to a darker shade and to ensure, in relation to it, a certain degree of protection ultraviolet radiation.
