Abstract
Une méthode de conditionnement d'une huile moteur additionnée d'un carburant comportant les étapes: - remplissage (S1) d'un réacteur (1) avec de l'huile moteur (HL), - adjonction (S2) dans le réacteur d'une quantité initiale déterminée d'un additif (AD) d'accélération du vieillissement de l'huile moteur (HL) propre à produire une réaction d'oxydation de l'huile moteur (HL), et d'une quantité initiale déterminée du carburant (BC), - mélange (S3) et mise à l'air libre contrôlée du contenu (MIX) du réacteur (1), - vieillissement (S4) du contenu (MIX) du réacteur (1) pendant une durée de vieillissement déterminée (Dv) et à une température de vieillissement déterminée (Tv), - contrôle (S5) du vieillissement du contenu (MIX) du réacteur (1) en mesurant au moins une caractéristique de vieillissement du contenu du réacteur, la caractéristique de vieillissement étant la teneur en additif (PAD) et la teneur en carburant (PBC), l'huile moteur (HL) additionnée de carburant (BC) étant correctement conditionnée lorsqu'une quantité finale dudit additif est supérieure à une quantité seuil dudit additif (SAD) dans l'huile moteur (HL), et une quantité finale dudit carburant est supérieure à une quantité seuil dudit carburant (SBC) dans l'huile moteur (HL).A method of conditioning an engine oil to which a fuel has been added comprising the steps: - filling (S1) of a reactor (1) with engine oil (HL), - addition (S2) to the reactor of a determined initial quantity of an additive (AD) for accelerating the aging of the engine oil (HL) capable of producing an oxidation reaction of the engine oil (HL), and of a determined initial quantity of the fuel (BC), - mixing (S3) and controlled venting of the contents (MIX) of the reactor (1), - aging (S4) of the contents (MIX) of the reactor (1) for a determined aging period ( Dv) and at a determined aging temperature (Tv), - monitoring (S5) of the aging of the contents (MIX) of the reactor (1) by measuring at least one aging characteristic of the contents of the reactor, the aging characteristic being the content content (PAD) and fuel content (PBC), the engine oil (HL) added with fuel (BC) being correctly conditioned when a final amount of said additive is greater than a threshold amount of said additive (SAD) in the engine oil (HL), and a final amount of said fuel is greater than a threshold amount of said fuel (SBC) in the engine oil (HL).
