Claims (6)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de fabrication d'un composant composite (2, 15), où un profilé creux (4, 18) et un composant de connexion (1, 16) sont disposés l'un contre l'autre et enrobés dans cette disposition par un matériau de moulage par injection, ce qui forme ledit composant composite (2, 15), caractérisé - en ce que le composant de connexion (1, 16) présente une réception (3, 17) où le profilé creux (4, 18) est logé, - en ce que le profilé creux (4, 18) est élargi sous une haute pression de fluide interne au contour précis de la réception (3, 17) du composant de connexion (1, 16), par butée contre celle-ci, - et en ce que le composant de connexion (1, 16) et le profilé creux (4, 18) qui se trouve dans la réception (3, 17) de celui-ci sont enrobés par injection ensuite, ou pendant l'élargissement dans la zone de la réception par la haute pression appliquée dans le profilé creux (4, 18).
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le composant de connexion (1, 16) est déformé avec le profilé creux (4, 18) par la haute pression interne.
- 3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le composant de connexion (1, 16) n'est élargi que de manière élastique - de manière localement plastique en option, alors que le profilé creux (4, 18) est élargi de manière plastique.
- 4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le profilé creux (4, 18) est accouplé par correspondance de forme par l'élargissement au composant de connexion (1, 16), dont la réception (3, 17) présente des éléments d'accouplement par correspondance de forme tels que des évidements (20) et/ou des reliefs.
- 5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément fonctionnel (14, 30) est formé à partir du composant de connexion (1, 16) au moyen de 15 l'enrobage par injection.
- 6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'enrobage par injection est réalisé par 20 moulage par injection de mousse cellulaire.
