Abstract

The assembly plate includes multiple pins gauged precisely with dimensions of openings of the parts of normalized angles of maritime containers. Mixed cellular polyurethane i.e. sylomer(RTM: polyurethane elastomers), covers the steel plate.

La présente invention concerne l'optimisation des qualités thermiques, phoniques, isolantes et solidifiantes d'un empilement de containers ayant vocation à l'habitat, aux locaux d'entreprises, aux locaux associatifs. Traditionnellement, l'assemblage container ne répond pas globalement et simultanément aux contraintes d'isolations (thermiques, phoniques), d'assemblage et de solidification. Les ouvrages réalisés peuvent gérer individuellement certaines de ces caractéristiques mais n'offrent aucun traitement global de ces problématiques. Les logements containers sont alors soient dépourvus de traitements phoniques, thermiques ou dépourvus d'ancrages solidifiants. Chacune de ces méthodes n'offre en simultané le traitement global permettant un confort et une sécurisation optimale de ce concept. Fort de cette problématique, la présente invention pallie et gère d'une façon globale toutes ces carences. La pièce d'invention est constituée de deux matériaux différents et complémentaires. La structure acier offrant la résistance de la pièce et le polyuréthane cellulaire mixte offrant le confort acoustique et absorbant. Qualités d'assemblages : La pièce d'invention permet la jonction entre les différents containers. Le tenon supérieur entre dans l'angle de coin perforé du container. Les pièces permettent d'associer deux containers bordant l'assemblage de haut en bas. D'autres pièces permettent la même jonction sur les containers internes à l'assemblage. Ces pièces sont toutes différentes par le positionnement du tenon, la taille de la pièce et le nombre de tenons. Qualités thermiques : la présente invention grâce à son positionnement à chaque points de jonctions du container permet la mise en place d'un isolant sur toutes les faces extérieures de celui-ci. Par exemple, la laine de chanvre ou de moutons soufflées se trouve entre deux containers avec une épaisseur correspondante aux qualités thermiques optimales requises. La matière caoutchouc vient s'imbriquer au moulage autour du tenon acier dont la forme spécifique garantie un parfait maintien en position de la polymère. De même des perçages-lamages dans la plaque en acier permettent l'insertion du caoutchouc et ainsi éviter la désolidarisation de l'ensemble. Les pièces d'invention de sol sont perforées en leurs quatre coins pour une fixation sur fondations (le cas échéant). Elles sont munies de recouvrement de caoutchouc avec détourage pour l'insertion des têtes de vis afin que celles-ci soient en appui sur la plaque acier.
