Abstract
The present invention discloses a broadcasting horn speaker with moisture-proof and heat-dissipation effects, comprising a horn speaker main body housing (1), a horn speaker base (2), a diaphragm (3), an armature (4), cone paper (5) and a grill (6), wherein the two ends of the horn speaker main body housing (1) are respectively provided with a sounding port (11) and a covering port (12); the diaphragm (3) and the armature (4) are arranged at positions, close to the covering port (12), in the horn speaker main body housing (1), the horn speaker base (2) covers the covering port (12), a plurality of heat-dissipation ribs (7) are correspondingly arranged on the horn speaker main body housing (1) and the horn speaker base (2), and the cone paper (5) and the grill (6) are respectively arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the sounding port (11), and moisture-proof paper (8) is arranged between the cone paper (5) and the grill (6). The broadcasting horn speaker provided by the present invention has a simple and reasonable structure, and excellent moisture-proof and heat-dissipation effects, and the usability of broadcasting horn speaker can be largely improved. BROADCASTING HORN SPEAKER WITH MOISTURE-PROOF AND HEAT-DISSIPATION EFFECTS
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a horn speaker, and in particular to a broadcasting horn speaker with moisture-proof and heat-dissipation effects.
Related Art
The broadcasting horn speaker is widely applied to collective activities, and greatly replaces manual shout with amplified sound. The existing broadcasting horn speaker usually comprises a horn speaker main body housing, a horn speaker base, a diaphragm, an armature, cone paper and a grill, and the two ends of the horn speaker main body housing are respectively provided with a sounding port and a covering port. However, the existing broadcasting horn speaker usually adopts a closed structure, resulting in relatively worse heat dissipation performance; when the horn speaker is used for a long time, the heat generated in the horn speaker cannot be greatly dissipated, which is easy to influence the usability of the horn speaker, even causes the horn speaker to burn out; moreover, the existing broadcasting horn speaker has relatively worse moisture-proof performance, and once the broadcasting horn speaker is affected with moisture, its sound effect is very easy to be influenced and gets worse.
Summary A technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a broadcasting horn speaker with excellent moisture-proof and heat-dissipation effects, which has a simple and reasonable structure.
In order to solve the technical problems described in the related art, the following technical scheme adopted by the present invention is as follows: a broadcasting horn speaker with moisture-proof and heat-dissipation effects comprises a horn speaker main body housing, a horn speaker base, a diaphragm, an armature, cone paper and a grill, the two ends of the horn speaker main body housing are respectively provided with a sounding port and a covering port, the diaphragm and the armature are arranged at positions, close to the covering port, in the horn speaker main body housing, the horn speaker base covers the covering port, a plurality of heat-dissipation ribs are correspondingly arranged on the horn speaker main body housing and the horn speaker base, the cone paper and the grill are respectively arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the sounding port, and moisture-proof paper is arranged between the cone paper and the grill.
By adopting the technical scheme, the assembly structure of the broadcasting horn speaker is more reasonable. The heat-dissipation ribs correspondingly arranged on the horn speaker main body housing and the horn speaker base can largely improve the heat dissipation effect in order to avoid a situation that the usability of the horn speaker is influenced, even the horn speaker is burnt out, because of the interior of the horn speaker is overheated, and the moisture-proof paper arranged between the cone paper and the grill can prevent the interior of the horn speaker from being affected with moisture in order to avoid a situation that the sound effect of the horn speaker gets worse. Therefore, the usability of the broadcasting horn speaker can be largely improved.
Furthermore, a mounting component is arranged on the horn speaker main body housing. The mounting component comprises a connection block, a mounting block and bolts, the connection block is vertically fixed on the horn speaker main body housing, the mounting block is horizontally fixed at the bottom end of the connection block, mounting holes fitting to the bolts are formed in the mounting block, and the bolts are inserted in the mounting holes.
By adopting the technical scheme, the structure of the mounting component of the broadcasting horn speaker is simpler, and the mounting of the broadcasting horn speaker is more convenient. When needing to be mounted, as long as the bolts pass through the mounting holes in the mounting block, the broadcasting horn speaker can be greatly fixed.
Furthermore, the moisture-proof paper is a plastic film, and its thickness should be set to be 0.05-0.15mm.
By adopting the technical scheme, the moisture-proof paper can be firmer and more durable, and is unlikely to break, and a better moisture-proof effect can be achieved.
Furthermore, the cone paper is paper pulp.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cone paper has better performances, thereby helping the timbre of the broadcasting horn speaker to be more melodious.
The present invention has the beneficial effects: the heat-dissipation ribs correspondingly arranged on the horn speaker main body housing and the horn speaker base can largely improve the heat dissipation effect in order to avoid a situation that the usability of the horn speaker is influenced, even the horn speaker is burnt out, because of the interior of the horn speaker is overheated, and moreover, the moisture-proof paper arranged between the cone paper and the grill can prevent the interior of the horn speaker from being affected with moisture in order to avoid a situation that the sound effect of the horn speaker gets worse; therefore, the usability of the broadcasting horn speaker can be largely improved.

Description of Embodiments
To make the content of the present invention clearer, the following further describes the present invention in detail in conjunction with embodiments. It should be understood that the described exemplary embodiments are only used for illustrating the present invention, but not intent to limit the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a broadcasting horn speaker with moisture-proof and heat-dissipation effects comprises a horn speaker main body housing 1, a horn speaker base 2, a diaphragm 3, an armature 4, cone paper 5 and a grill 6, the two ends of the horn speaker main body housing 1 are respectively provided with a sounding port 11 and a covering port 12, the diaphragm 3 and the armature 4 are arranged at positions, close to the covering port 12, in the horn speaker main body housing 1, the horn speaker base 2 covers the covering port 12 of the horn speaker main body housing 1, and a plurality of heat-dissipation ribs 7 are correspondingly arranged on the horn speaker main body housing 1 and the horn speaker base 2; furthermore, the cone paper 5 and the grill 6 are respectively arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the sounding port 11 of the horn speaker main body housing 1, and moisture-proof paper 8 is arranged between the cone paper 5 and the grill 6. Such assembly structure of the broadcasting horn speaker is more reasonable. The heat-dissipation ribs 7 correspondingly arranged on the horn speaker main body housing 1 and the horn speaker base 2 can largely improve the heat dissipation effect in order to avoid a situation that the usability of the horn speaker is influenced, even the horn speaker is burnt out, because of the interior of the horn speaker is overheated, and the moisture-proof paper 8 arranged between the cone paper 5 and the grill 6 can prevent the interior of the horn speaker from being affected with moisture in order to avoid a situation that the sound effect of the horn speaker gets worse. Therefore, the usability of the broadcasting horn speaker can be largely improved.
In the embodiment, a mounting component 9 is arranged on the horn speaker main body housing 1. The mounting component 9 comprises a connection block 91, a mounting block 92 and bolts 93, the connection block 91 is vertically fixed on the horn speaker main body housing 1, and the mounting block 92 is horizontally fixed at the bottom end of the connection block 91; furthermore, mounting holes 921 fitting to the bolts 93 are formed in the mounting block 92, and the bolts 93 are inserted in the mounting holes 921; therefore, the structure of the mounting component 9 of the broadcasting horn speaker is simpler, and the mounting of the broadcasting horn speaker is more convenient. When needing to be mounted, as long as the bolts 93 pass through the mounting holes 921 in the mounting block 92, the broadcasting horn speaker can be greatly fixed.
In the embodiment, the moisture-proof paper 8 is a plastic film, and its thickness should be set to be 0.05-0.15mm, so that the moisture-proof paper 8 can be firmer and more durable, is unlikely to break, and can achieve a better moisture-proof effect.
In the embodiment, the cone paper 5 is paper pulp, and such cone paper 5 has better performances, thereby helping the timbre of the broadcasting horn speaker to be more melodious.
