Abstract
Procédé et dispositif de régulation de la température dans un bâtiment d'habitation à murs microporeux (10) et à isolation thermique extérieure (12), par circulation d'air extérieur dans un mur (10) et/ou entre un mur (10) et son isolation thermique (12) en fonction de l'hygrométrie de l'air extérieur, de l'hygrométrie du mur et du chauffage ou du refroidissement du mur (10) dont la température est mesurée au moyen de capteurs (30, 30') montés en regard du mur et/ou dans le mur (10).
