Abstract

The garment (1) has size adjusting devices (2, 3) adjusting size of the garment. The devices comprise two parts (4, 4') that are fixed with one another by a seam integrating two edges of the parts. An upper zone of the garment covers a hip of a human body. Naturally, other embodiments could have been envisaged by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention defined by the claims.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS1. Garment (1) such as a skirt or trousers, capable of being fixed at waist level and intended to cover all or part of the lower part of the human body, characterized in that it has at least one adjusting device (2, 3) waistband comprising: - at least a first piece (4; 4 ') and a second piece (5; 5') of said garment, intended to cover all or part of the bottom of the human body, fixed to one another by a seam (6; 6 ') securing two edges respectively belonging to the first piece (4; 4') and to the second piece (5; 5 '), except for an upper area of said garment, intended for cover at least the hip of the human body, for which the two edges (7, 8, 7 ', 8') are free from movement from each other, 7 ', 8') - a bellows (9; ') joining said two free movement edges (7, 8), - eyelets (10, 10') distributed on the first piece (4; 4 ') and the second piece (5; 5') along said two edges (7, 8; 7 ', 8') movement bars, - a lace (11) joining said two free edges, passing through said eyelets (10), - a belt band (12) integral with the first piece (4) and a belt band (13) secured to said second piece (5), at least one (13) of said belt belts having a projecting length section (14), located at the bellows (9), - removable fastening means (15, 16) between said adjusting length section (14) of one (13) of the waistbands and the other waistband (12) so as to allow said adjustment length section to be secured at different locations on the other band belt.

2. Garment according to claim 1 wherein the bellows (9; 9 ') is a textile piece having two non-parallel edges (91, 92) joined by seam respectively at the two free edges (7, 8; 7', 8). ') of the first piece (4; 4') and said second piece (5; 5 '), said non-parallel edges (91, 92) diverging towards the upper part of the garment (1).

3. Garment according to claim 2, wherein the bellows (9; 9 ') has a top edge (93), free, of convex shape intended to overlap the adjustment length section (14) of said belt band (13).

4. Garment according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the belt band (12) integral with the first piece (4) and the waistband (13) integral with the second piece have a curvature (Cb) in the plane of said strips (12, 13).

5. Garment according to one of claims 1 to 4, having two size adjustment devices (2, 3), located on either side of said garment (1), intended to be located at the hips of the body human.

The garment according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said garment is pants, said first piece (4) and said second piece (5) being intended to cover one of the two legs of the human body, another first piece (4 ') and another second piece (5'), equivalent to said first piece (4) and said second piece (5), being intended to cover the other leg.

7. Garment according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the garment is a skirt, said first piece and the second piece being intended to cover at least partially the two legs of said human body.

Apparel according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said at least one first piece (4, 4 ') and a second piece (5; 5') are textile pieces.

9. Garment according to claim 7, wherein said at least a first piece (4, 4 ') and second piece (5; 5') are in jeans.

10. Garment according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said at least one first (4, 4 ') piece and second piece (5; 5') are of leather.

11. Garment according to one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the removable fastening means are constituted by self-gripping systems such as loops / hooks, snap systems, or simple buttons, or staples.
