Abstract

Description

The malfunction of a boiler is one of the most serious failures that can occur in a home or house. On the one hand the production of sanitary hot water disappears, and on the other hand the heating is no longer ensured, which makes the occupation of housing unpleasant, if not impossible, and can damage the water installations.

The repair of a single or combined boiler is an operation always long if the failure comes from important elements (heating body, etc ...); you have to get the parts first, which is not always easy and then have qualified professionals, which can take weeks or even months.

The present invention is a simple device for ensuring the supply of heating and hot water for a time sufficient to procure the necessary equipment and have the services of a specialist.

The subject of the invention is therefore a device for producing hot water, comprising a boiler, its functional fluid connections and hooks for hooking, characterized in that the boiler is hooked, at a distance from the ground, by its hooks. on a frame having a base provided with feet so as to allow the device to be transported by a devil, the bottom of the boiler being at a distance from the base, defining between the bottom and the base a free space communicating laterally with the outside and the operating fluid connections open into the free space.

The device thus consists of an easily transportable assembly temporarily replacing the faulty equipment; the assembly consists of a frame of reduced size allowing easy passage through the doors and stairs and provided with gripping means for carrying and optionally small diameter wheels that can be immobilized.

Typically the device comprises a boiler of 20 to 25 kW mounted on the frame and provided with its peripheral equipment - for example: - flexible tube for evacuation of fumes with its adaptation device to the existing duct - connection to the circuits of cold water and hot water through flexible pipes and quick couplings - electrical connection cables with circuit breaker - condensate pump and start of the latter in the case of a condensing boiler - flexible tube for the gas inlet with cooling device safety - possibly CO detector and water leak. In case of failure of the boiler of the installation, it is disconnected and the device set up; after checking all the connections, it is started up and, after examination of its correct operation, temporarily replaces the faulty boiler before its replacement or repair.

According to one embodiment, the side walls of the frame are constituted by panels facing the side walls of the boiler being at a distance from them. The boiler can thus be easily introduced into the frame, but is protected from external influences by the panels.

To be able to adapt the frame to all types of boiler, antagonistic elements of the hooks are mounted adjustable in height under the frame.
