Abstract

The device has a dilaceration pump aspiring through dilaceration orifices (13) of a dilaceration grid (1) that is fixed in a front of an aspiration end. A cutter (2) is positioned in a front of a dilaceration grid outer face that is directed towards an exterior of the dilaceration pump. The dilaceration grid is provided with round cleaning orifices (15) i.e. through orifices, that are positioned in a zone of the dilaceration grid arranged at an inner side of a ring. The cleaning orifices are radially arranged opposite to the dilaceration orifices.

Ce sous-ensemble est accouplé, de manière désolidarisable, à l'extrémité de l'axe de la pompe au moyen d'une pièce d'accouplement pour faciliter les opérations de maintenance. Un tel sous-ensemble grille-couteau comporte un arbre qui traverse la grille et porte le couteau et des moyens de fixation et de réglage assurant l'ajustement de la position du couteau à une distance très faible de ladite grille, comprise entre 2 et 6 centièmes de millimètres. Il s'est toutefois avéré que des particules de matières parvenaient à pénétrer entre le couteau et la grille et à créer des enroulements préjudiciables au bon fonctionnement du dispositif. C'est pourquoi il a ensuite été proposé dans le brevet FR 04 06939, publié sous le N° 2 872 065, une seconde forme de réalisation du sous-ensemble grille-couteau dans laquelle le couteau est disposé pratiquement au contact de la grille. A cet effet, l'invention propose un dispositif de dilacération comportant une pompe de dilacération aspirant à travers les orifices de dilacération d'une grille de dilacération fixée devant son extrémité d'aspiration, et un couteau positionné devant la face externe, dirigée vers l'extérieur de la pompe, de ladite grille, caractérisé en ce que ladite grille comporte des orifices de nettoyage. Le dispositif de dilacération selon l'invention est encore remarquable en ce que : - lesdits orifices de nettoyage sont traversants, - lesdits orifices de nettoyage sont positionnés dans la zone de la grille disposée à l'intérieur d'un anneau défini par les orifices de dilacération, - les orifices de nettoyage sont disposés radialement en alternance avec les orifices de dilacération, - les orifices de nettoyage sont disposés radialement en face des orifices de dilacération, - le nombre d'orifices de nettoyage est égal au nombre d'orifices de dilacération, - le nombre d'orifices de nettoyage est différent du nombre d'orifices de dilacération, - le nombre d'orifices de nettoyage est inférieur au nombre d'orifices de dilacération, - les orifices de nettoyage sont de section ronde.
