Abstract

The device has a lower frame (2) placed at a base of a module (1) and made of multiple longitudinal and transverse beams (4). An upper sole (5) is broader than a lower sole (7) such that walls in composite structural insulating panels (SIPs) (11) rest completely on the higher sole. An inner projection part (9) is projected such that peripheral elements of a selected floor system (10) rest on the higher sole in a satisfactory manner. The upper sole is formed with orifices for screwing the SIPs to the lower frame by screws (22).
