Description

The present invention relates to an assembly consisting of a bottle and a container for receiving and protecting this bottle. Recent studies have shown that the use of plastic bottles, especially those for which bisphenol A (BPA) is used, poses serious problems. Indeed, it seems that the passage of such a molecule in the liquid contained in the bottle is at the origin of endocrial disturbances in the development of children. Some countries have already taken drastic measures to ban these plastic bottles. Also, parents of young children return to buy glass bottles, formerly abandoned because of their weight and the high risk of breakage, when the child handles them himself. On this last point, the problem is not so much that of the breakage of the bottle itself as the risk of injury to the child. These injuries can be of two kinds. It may of course be those caused by the shards of glass, but also by projections of the liquid contained in the bottle. The present invention therefore aims to solve these problems. In other words, it aims to provide a set consisting of a bottle and a receiving container and protection of this bottle which is easy to use, protects the contents of the bottle and which is particularly easy to mount and disassemble, especially for the purpose of cleaning the bottle itself. Thus, the present invention relates to an assembly consisting of a bottle and an open container in the upper part, for receiving and protecting this bottle, characterized in that: - the body of the bottle is devoid of threading and comprises, bordering its opening, a peripheral collar; - said flange rests on the edge of the opening of the container, so that the body of the bottle is suspended therefrom; - It comprises an axial opening ring for the passage of the teat of the bottle, which retains the latter against said flange and which has locking means to said container. Thanks to these characteristics, the container provides a particularly effective protection of the bottle which is contained therein. In addition, by simply removing the ring, it has direct access to the body of the bottle, without having to implement complicated manipulations. According to other advantageous and non-limiting characteristics of this assembly: a seal is inserted between the flange and the container; - Said locking means consist of a thread which cooperates with a thread carried by said container. Said protective container is made of unbreakable material; said container is made of plastic, metal or wood; - said bottle body is glass. Other features and advantages of the present invention will appear on reading the following description of a preferred embodiment. This description will be given in the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 is a simplified view, in partial longitudinal section, of an assembly according to the invention; - Figure 2 is a partial and enlarged view of a further embodiment of said assembly. It will be noted that the appended figures are merely illustrative and do not necessarily reflect the real dimensions and proportions of the elements that make up the whole. As indicated above, this set 1 consists of a bottle 2 and a container 3. This bottle 2 comprises a body 20 and a nipple 24. The body 20 is cylindrical, axis X-X '. It is provided with a bottom 21 and its tubular wall is referenced 22. Unlike a body of bottle of known type, it is devoid, in particular on its outer cylindrical wall, of any means of cooperation with a retaining ring. the pacifier, such as a thread. As clearly shown in the appended figures, the top of this body 20 which opens upwards through an opening O comprises, bordering this opening, a peripheral flange. This means that at this level, the outer diameter of the collar 23 is greater than the internal diameter of the body of the bottle. The flange 23 thus protrudes outwards in a direction perpendicular to the axis X-X '. According to a characteristic of the invention, both the upper face 230 and the lower face 231 of the flange 23 are parallel to each other and extend perpendicularly to the axis X-X '. The bottle is, as indicated above, provided with a nipple 15 24 of the traditional type, and it is noted in the figures that its base 240 is supported on the flange 23 of the body 20 of baby bottle. The receptacle for receiving and protecting this baby bottle, referenced 3, is also cylindrical, of longitudinal axis X-X '. It is sized to receive the body of the feeding bottle 20 such that there is clearance between the inner wall of this container and the outer wall of the bottle body. In the figures, this game appears as particularly reduced, but it is however of course that it can be much higher. This container comprises a bottom 30 and a cylindrical wall 31 of axis X-X '. The material which constitutes it is preferably provided in an unbreakable material such as plastic, metal or wood. However, it is possible to envisage another type of material having a thickness such that the probability of it breaking upon impact is highly improbable. It is also possible to use a material whose outer wall is covered with a material having shock-absorbing qualities. The upper opening of the container 3 is referenced O 'and the top of its cylindrical wall 31 bears the reference 310. Below this apex extends a peripheral thread 311.

The bottle 2 and the container 3 are dimensioned longitudinally and transversely so that the bottle body 20 can be engaged in the container 3 through its opening O ', so that the peripheral collar 23 comes to bear on the top 310 3. The body 20 is then suspended from the container 3, via the collar. Finally, the assembly according to the invention comprises a ring 4, preferably made of plastic. It is a ring having a form of revolution with a cylindrical body 40 of axis X-X ', the upper part extends towards the center to form an annular belt 42 which encircles an opening 43 of passage of the nipple. The body 40 is provided, at its inner face, with a tapping 41 designed to cooperate with the thread of the container 3.

The introduction of such a bottle in the container 3 operates in the following manner. While the container is positioned as shown in Figure 1, it engages in the body 20 of the bottle so that the flange 23 rests on the top 310 of the container.

The teat 24 is then applied to the flange 24 and then the ring 4 is engaged on the assembly, so that its tapping 41 cooperates with the thread of the container 3. In doing so, the teat 24, as well as the flange 23 are trapped and locked between the ring 4 and the container 3.

It is of course possible to engage the teat 24, in the ring 4, then to fix it on the container 3. FIG. 2 of the attached drawings shows an alternative embodiment in which a seal 5 is inserted between the collar 23 and the top 310 of the container 3.

This seal makes it possible to complete the tightness of the assembly thus obtained. It is easy to understand that, if, following a shock, the wall of the bottle 2 breaks, the pieces which constitute it and the liquid contained therein remain inside the body 3, without risk of exhaust on the outside of it. This greatly reduces the risk of injury to children.

It will be noted that the dismantling of this assembly is particularly easy, since it suffices simply to unscrew the ring 4 to have direct access to the bottle body 20. Finally, although the example just described has With reference to complementary locking means which consist of tapping and threading, other means may be used, such as, for example, latching means.
