Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne un système d'ajustement pour dispositifs de fixation d' équipements embarqués à bord d'aéronefs devant s'adapter à divers types de rails avions. Les systèmes existants ne permettent pas l'ajustement des dispositifs de fixation dans les divers types de rails avions compte tenu du fait que les rails avions sont différents quant à l'épaisseur des parois et la profondeur de la gorge selon les aéronefs et les charges qu'ils doivent recevoir. La présente invention remédie à ce problème car elle permet aux dispositifs de fixation dont les systèmes de verrouillage sont adaptés à un seul type de rail, de s'adapter à des rails avions de toutes dimensions. En effet, l'invention a pour particularité de faire varier, selon besoin, la distance entre les plans A0 d'appui afin d'optimiser le verrouillage du dispositif de fixation dans les parois du rail avion. Ces variations rendent possible, au plus juste, les liaisons nécessaires entre les éléments d'arrimage du dispositif de fixation d'équipements et les parois du rail quelles que soient leurs dimensions. De plus, la présente invention peut s'adapter sur tous types de dispositif de fixation À 5 d'équipements dans les rails avion au moyen d'une interface. L'invention consiste en au moins un élément mobile se déplaçant par rapport à un ou plusieurs éléments du dispositif de fixation. Chacun des éléments ayant des appuis sur des plans différents du rail avion. Le fonctionnement du système d'ajustement s'opère par déplacement de deux éléments mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre et pouvant être solidaires du dispositif de fixation. Le déplacement peut être bridé à tout moment selon besoin. ; le système peut être verrouillé à tout moment de sa course. Une commande de réglage permet de faire fonctionner le système. Ce système d'ajustement peut avantageusement équiper les dispositifs de fixation d'équipements aux rails avions couverts par les brevets N° 02 02964, N° 04 12036, N° 05 11980, N°07 01318 î 5 du même inventeur. Il peut être indifféremment couplé au dispositif de fixation d'équipement ou bien séparé à réglage indépendant. Dans une réalisation particulière de l'invention le système d'ajustement est constitué de deux patins d'appui qui coulissent dans un corps. Ce corps est taraudé pour recevoir deux vis de réglage qui en tournant permettent le déplacement entre les patins et le corps.The present invention relates to an adjustment system for equipment attachment devices on board aircraft to adapt to various types of aircraft rails. In a particular embodiment of the invention the adjustment system consists of two support pads which slide in a body.
