The invention relates to the field of vehicle seat safety belts, with a device for damping the noise caused by the impact of the safety belt bolt, in particular against vehicle seat belts. usually rigid linings of the walls of the passenger compartment of the vehicle, when the bolt is not attached in the seat belt buckle to lock the seat belt, for example when the bolt hangs freely along the belt of the seat belt. security. Amortizing this noise is interesting because it reduces the hearing discomfort for users while driving the vehicle. According to a first prior art, for example present in the 1s trademark car "FORD TOURNEO", presented at the Brussels Motor Show in 2009, it is known a noise damping element covering the end of the bolt opposite to the tongue, this noise-damping element being in direct contact on its entire surface with the end 20 of the bolt opposite to the tongue. The parasitic shock of the bolt against the lining of the wall of the passenger compartment of the vehicle is reduced. For a greater reduction of this noise should increase the thickness of the damping element or use a material even more acoustically absorbing. According to a second prior art, for example described in the German patent application DE 102005050743, there is known a belt buckle which is fixed along the strap and which serves both as a stop element for sliding the bolt. along the strap and noise damping element of the shock of the bolt 30 against the lining of the wall of the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The parasitic shock of the bolt against the lining of the wall of the passenger compartment of the vehicle is reduced. This solution nevertheless requires an additional piece to be placed on the seat belt webbing and a particular arrangement of the stop element. Furthermore, the positioning of the buckle fixed on the bolt stop along the belt is not necessarily acceptable on all types of vehicle, because of the positioning of the child seats. The invention, both to improve the parasitic noise reduction and to provide a simple and inexpensive system, proposes on the one hand to place the noise damping element directly on the bolt and on the other hand to provide a space interposed between the noise damping element and the bolt so as to allow flexible deformation of the noise-damping element over a notable space, which allows a very good level of noise damping obtained with a device of simple structure, particularly in material that can be very thick and does not necessarily require in itself exceptional sound absorption properties. With equivalent acoustic absorption quality, the device makes it possible to achieve a gain in thickness and in kind of material. According to the invention, there is provided a seat belt bolt 20 of vehicle seat, comprising a sound damping element secured to the side of the bolt opposite the tongue of the bolt, characterized in that a space is arranged between said element damper and the end of the bolt opposite the tongue so as to allow a flexible deformation of said damping element in case of shock. This space is an intermediate space between the damper element on the one hand and the bolt on the other hand, or more precisely the bolt end opposite the tab on the other hand. This is to dampen the noise in the event of impact of the bolt, usually relatively rigid material, against a vehicle interior wall portion, usually also relatively rigid material. The opposite side of the tongue preferably goes from the opposite end to the tongue until the opening of the bolt that lets the belt of the seat belt pass through the bolt, when the bolt is able to slide around the strap . Compared to the first prior art, the invention has the advantage of better damping noise in case of shock than the same element placed against the end opposite the tongue, without interspace, of comparable thickness. The invention also has the advantage of being simpler and less expensive than the same element placed against the end opposite the tab, without spacer space, to a greater thickness to obtain the same quality of noise damping. Compared to the second prior art, the invention has the advantage of being simpler and less expensive than the safety strap buckle attached to the safety strap belt as locking element of the bolt. Preferably, the damping element covers at least partially the end of the bolt opposite to the tongue. Thus, the damping is better in the event of a shock following a slightly abrupt displacement movement of the bolt, for example when a seat occupant releases the bolt after having detached the tongue. Preferably, the damping element completely covers the end of the bolt opposite to the tongue, to the opening which allows the strap of the belt to pass, for both sides of this bolt end. Advantageously, the damping element is arranged in the form of a loop around the end of the bolt opposite to the tongue. Thus, a good noise damping compromise is obtained for a minimized amount of damping element material. The loop shape allows a well-distributed flexible deformation, in particular on both sides corresponding to both ends of the loop. Advantageously, the damping element is a piece of seat belt webbing. Indeed, the material of the seat belt webbing is usually a flexible and flexible material offering both a sound damping quality and an imposed form of resistance, such as a loop shape for example, because it is a material that is both absorbent and resistant. This system makes it possible, unlike certain foams which are at the origin of soiling, not to damage the rigid walls of the passenger compartment formed by the linings during the friction. A piece of fabric having a certain strength, for example sufficient to form a harmoniously deformable loop, could also replace the piece of belt strap. Advantageously, one end of said loop is fixed on a first face of the bolt and in that the other end of said loop is fixed on a second face of the bolt which is opposite to the first. Thus the quality of sound damping is good, even in case of shock after reversal of the bolt, is in the direction of the bottom up, that is to say the tongue at the top, following a movement of movement a little brutal bolt. This sudden movement of displacement of the bolt may for example occur when a seat occupant suddenly releases the bolt after detaching the tongue, or 20 spreads it with a violent gesture to get rid of it. The fact of having covered the entire upper part of the bolt, the opposite part to the lower part comprising the tongue, helps dampen the sound of shock, even when the bolt is found returned. Preferably, the means for fixing the damping element on the bolt are located between the damping element and the bolt, without exceeding the damping element towards the outside of the bolt. Indeed, in certain shock situations, even the small parasitic noise of these fastening means, often rigid, when they would be affected, are reduced or eliminated. Otherwise it would be necessary, to obtain the same effect, also cover these attachment means of a flexible material, which further complicates the structure of the bolt. The bonding of the damping element on the end of the bolt will for this reason be preferred to a riveting of the damping element on the end of the bolt, the outer ends of the rivets coming out of the side of the belt buckle which is opposite the side of the belt buckle facing the bolt.
Preferably, said space has a distance from the damping element to the bolt end opposite the tongue, which is between one half centimeter and two centimeters. The invention also relates to a seat belt of vehicle seat, comprising a strap and a bolt according to the invention. The bolt is advantageously able to slide along the strap. The invention further relates to a vehicle comprising a seat belt according to the invention. A vehicle includes a truck, a bus, a train, a car. A vehicle is preferably a motor vehicle, preferably terrestrial. A vehicle is preferably a car.
The invention will now be described in more detail with the aid of the following figures, given by way of illustrative and nonlimiting examples, in which: FIG. 1 schematically represents an example of a vehicle seat safety belt. according to the invention.
Figure 1 shows schematically an example of a vehicle seat safety belt according to the invention. Along a vehicle interior wall lining 10 hangs a seat belt strap 1. Along and around this strap 1, slides a bolt 3 whose tongue 2 is intended to snap into a seat belt buckle not shown in Figure 1, because located lower. The side of the bolt 3 carrying the tongue 2 is still called bottom bolt or lower part of the bolt.
The bolt 3 has a side 4 opposite to the tongue 2. The opposite side 4 to the tongue 2, also called bolt top or top part of the bolt, ends with an end 7 where meet two faces 5 and 6 of the bolt 3 , opposed to each other. The damping element is a damping loop 8, made of the same material as the seatbelt strap 1, which wraps the end 7 of the bolt 3 to the opening 11 of the bolt 3 allowing it to slide around 10 the strap 1. The two ends 12 and 13 of the loop 8 are glued against the faces 5 and 6 of the top 4 of bolt 3. At rest, that is to say in the absence of impact of the bolt 3 against the 10, the rounded portion 14 of the loop 8 is in contact neither with the end 7 of the bolt 3 nor with the rest of the top 4 of is bolt 3. The damping loop 8 is distinct from the strap 1 and is not attached to the strap 1. A spacer 9, of a dimension d between the most rounded portion 14 on the one hand and the end 7 of bolt 3 on the other hand, allows, during the shock of the bolt 3 against the lining 10, the rounded portion 14 of rounding even more while approaching the end 7 of bolt 3, during deformat flexible ion of the damping loop 8 which is found as a little crushed between firstly the top 4 of bolt 3, and more precisely the end 7 of bolt 3, and 25 other part of the lining 10, and more precisely the point of impact of the bolt 3 on the lining 10. During the flexible deformation force of the loop 8, the force received by the rounded portion 14 is harmoniously distributed on the two ends 12 and 13 of the damping loop 8. The dimension d of the spacer space 9 is preferably between half a centimeter and two centimeters; it is advantageously one centimeter. The damping loop 8 dampens the impact sound of the bolt 3 against the lining 10 of the vehicle cabin wall. At the front of the vehicle, this lining 10 may be for example the foot of the passenger compartment. In some circumstances, for example when the webbing turns on itself after being twisted, the damping loop 8 can even reduce the impact noise against a seat shell or against a seat airbag cover. At the rear of the vehicle, this lining 10 may be for example a side trim or a side door panel.
