/3 MOULE PERFECTIONNE NOTAMMENT POUR FOND DE BOUTEILLE EN MATIERE PLASTIQUE ET SON PROCEDE DE RÉALISATION La présente invention concerne un moule, notamment pour fond de bouteille en matière plastique, présentant la particularité d'être composé de deux parties qui s'emboîtent l'une dans l'autre, et d'un système d'évents, efficace, adapté à la forme à reproduire, et à son procédé de fabrication. Des économies sont ainsi réalisées sur le coût de la matière première nécessaire en moindre quantité, et sur le prix de transport des produits finis. Actuellement, les moules utilisés pour former les fonds de bouteilles dans le 15 cadre de leur fabrication par soufflage, sont des dispositifs simples, du type cuvette, dans laquelle des trous d'éventation sont aménagés afin de permettre l'échappement de l'air résiduel, sans souci de la forme à reproduire. Ce système, jusqu'alors déjà imparfait, connaît en outre aujourd'hui ses limites, du fait du souci constant d'allégement du poids des bouteilles qui, 20 pour certaines, ont vu leur poids chuter de 35 grammes à 22 grammes. Cet allégement n'est pas sans conséquence sur la résistance et la stabilité du fond des bouteilles. La résistance doit être une priorité constante, du fait notamment de la pression subie lors de l'empilement des palettes de bouteilles, ou du fait, 25 éventuellement, de la nature gazeuse du contenu. Le dispositif selon la présente invention résout avantageusement ces problèmes. Lors de la fabrication par soufflage, des conduits ou évents disposés en fonction de la forme à reproduire permettent l'échappement optimal, aux 30 endroits stratégiques, de l'air résiduel, ce qui permet de plaquer efficacement et complètement le plastique contre les parois du moule. En outre, l'écartement entre ses deux pièces emboitables peut varier, de façon à moduler l'échappement de l'air selon les endroits. /3 Ainsi, les problèmes rencontrés pour les pieds de renfort du fond des bouteilles, réputés difficiles à former, sont résolus. Le procédé de fabrication des moules objet du brevet, nécessite la saisie informatique en trois dimensions (longueur-largeur-profondeur) des formes à reproduire ; les évents sont disposés en parcourant les formes, chaque disposition d'évents étant spécifique à la forme considérée. Jusqu'alors, la forme des pièces était saisie en seulement deux dimensions. L'invention est représentée à titre non limitatif sur les figures 1 à 4. La figure 1 montre les deux éléments emboîtables du moule pour fond de bouteille. La figure 2 montre les deux éléments emboîtés. La figure 3 représente les deux éléments emboîtés et la pièce de fixation du moule. La figure 4 représente un moule pour fond de bouteille selon la présente 15 invention, adapté sur un moule de bouteille. Selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention et selon les figures 1 à 4, le moule pour fond de bouteille est constitué de deux pièces emboîtables (1), (2), au moyen de découpes (3) et de reliefs (4) correspondants.
