Abstract
Le dispositif de coupe et de soudure par ultrasons est remarquable en ce qu'il comprend une structure compacte avec un générateur électronique (1), un convertisseur acoustique (4) et une sonotrode (5) qui sont montés en prolongement vertical par rapport audit support fixe (2), et en ce que le convertisseur acoustique (4) est intégré dans un bloc-pinces (6) qui se situe dans le prolongement sous jacent du générateur, et en ce qu'une contre masse (14) est disposée entre les deux, et en ce que un moyen (7) permettant l'entrée d'air de refroidissement est associé au bloc-pinces (6) permettant de réguler la température autour du convertisseur en débouchant en partie inférieure du bloc-pinces par un conduit (9) autour de la sonotrode et de la zone de coupe et de soudure, et en ce que l'outil de coupe (10) est monté à capacité d'orientation angulaire par rapport à un support qui reçoit un axe (13) assujetti à un moyen de pression (12) à l'encontre d'un moyen élastique (11) pour autoriser la régulation de pression de la sonotrode sur l'outil.
Description
DISPOSITIF DE COUPE ET DE SOUDURE PAR ULTRASONS UTILISABLE NOTAMMENT SUR METIERS A TISSER L'invention se rattache au secteur technique des outils de coupe à effet ultrasons montés sur métier à tisser. L'utilisation de dispositif de coupe et de soudure par ultrasons est très largement connue en particulier dans le domaine textile pour permettre, d'une part, la coupe de bandes de textiles et, d'autre part, d'avoir des bordures de finition de qualité, sans fils apparents pouvant être accrochés et constituer des amorces de démaillage. Les dispositifs et appareils de coupe et de soudure par ultrasons restent néanmoins complexes, volumineux, d'un coût élevé, et intégrant des moyens de refroidissement extérieurs au dispositif lui-même. La démarche du demandeur a été de concevoir un dispositif de coupe et de soudure par ultrasons, compact, léger, adaptable aisément sur des métiers à tisser, et constituant un ensemble homogène sans fils apparents. La solution apportée répond à l'ensemble de ces objectifs de manière simple, peu coûteuse, et aisément applicable sur les métiers à tisser notamment.
Selon une première caractéristique, le dispositif de coupe et de soudure par ultrasons est remarquable en ce qu'il comprend une structure compacte avec un générateur électronique, un convertisseur acoustique et une sonotrode qui sont montés en prolongement vertical par rapport audit support fixe, et en ce que le convertisseur acoustique est intégré dans un bloc-pinces qui se situe dans le prolongement sous jacent du générateur, et en ce qu'une contre masse est disposée entre les deux, et en ce que un moyen permettant l'entrée d'air de refroidissement est associé au bloc-pinces permettant de réguler la température autour du convertisseur en débouchant en partie inférieure du bloc-pinces par un conduit autour de la sonotrode et de la zone de coupe et de soudure, et en ce que l'outil de coupe est monté à capacité d'orientation angulaire par rapport à un support qui reçoit un axe assujetti à un moyen de pression à l'encontre d'un moyen élastique pour autoriser la régulation de pression de la sonotrode sur l'outil.
Ces caractéristiques et d'autres encore ressortiront bien de la suite de la description. Pour fixer l'objet de l'invention illustrée de manière non limitative aux figures des dessins où : - La figure 1 est une vue du dispositif, selon l'invention, en situation montage en vue de la coupe de la bande de matériau textile. - La figure 2 est une vue du dispositif, selon la figure 1, mais avec la représentation du dispositif de coupe en situation de non fonctionnement. - La figure 3 est une vue à caractère schématique du dispositif selon l'invention. - La figure 4 est une vue partielle avant montage de l'ensemble convertisseur du dispositif Afin de rendre plus concret l'objet de l'invention, on le décrit d'une manière non limitative illustrée aux figures des dessins. Le dispositif de coupe et de soudure par ultrasons, selon l'invention, est identifié dans son ensemble par (D). Il vient se fixer par un support (2) sur le bâti d'un métier à tisser à un endroit approprié correspondant à la zone de coupe du tissu. Cette fixation se fait de toute manière appropriée. En fonction des opérations à effectuer, un ou deux dispositifs de ce type sont montés en parallèle. Le dispositif, selon l'invention, présente une structure compacte sans branchement électrique apparent autre que le raccordement au réseau avec un générateur électronique (1), un convertisseur acoustique (4) et une sonotrode (5) qui sont montés en prolongement vertical par rapport audit support fixe (2). Ainsi qu'il apparaît aux dessins, le générateur (1) se situe en partie supérieure et est alimenté en 24 volts continus alimentés par une alimentation secteur à sortie 24 volts et de toute manière connue. Le convertisseur acoustique (4) est intégré dans un bloc-pinces (6) qui se situe dans le prolongement sous jacent du générateur. Une contre masse (14) est disposée entre les deux. A partir du support fixe (2) est disposé un moyen (7) permettant l'entrée d'air de refroidissement permettant de réguler la température autour du convertisseur, et aussi débouchant en partie inférieure du bloc-pinces par un conduit (9) autour de la sonotrode et de la zone de coupe et de soudure. Le conduit (9) est fixé par un moyen de liaison (15) au support (2). Le bloc-pinces (6) est ainsi agencé intérieurement pour autoriser la circulation et la sortie d'air. Des moyens de réglage (16) du débit d'air sont intégrés dans le bloc-pinces en étant accessibles pour intervention. La sonotrode (5) est disposée dans le prolongement vertical du convertisseur en étant liée à ce dernier par tous moyens connus appropriés. L'extrémité inférieure de la sonotrode est destinée à être adjacente à l'outil de coupe (10), ainsi qu'il sera précisé par la suite. Cet outil de coupe (10) est monté par rapport au support fixe (2) avec une capacité d'orientation angulaire. A cet effet, l'outil (10) est monté sur un porte outil (3) qui est disposé dans un plan horizontal, ledit porte outil est monté en extrémité d'un axe (13) vertical monté sur une chape (17) de fixation disposée en bout de la pièce support (2). Ledit axe reçoit à son extrémité supérieure un bouton moleté (12) tandis qu'un ressort de rappel (11) est disposé entre ledit bouton moleté et l'aile supérieure horizontale (17.1) de la partie chape (17) précitée. L'axe (13) est monté libre en rotation selon une indexation angulaire déterminée et toute action d'appui sur le bouton moleté à l'encontre du ressort permet une rotation angulaire contrôlée et donc le dégagement de l'outil (10). Des moyens d'indexation non représentés permettent le débattement angulaire contrôlé de l'outil de coupe. Selon une autre disposition de l'invention, le porte outil (3) peut être adapté pour la réception de l'outil de manière à permettre une coupe centrale ou latérale en fonction des besoins. Selon une autre disposition de l'invention, la chape (17) de guidage de l'axe (13) porte outil est ainsi aménagée pour la réception complémentaire d'un moyen de sécurité (18) incluant un couteau (19), ce moyen étant monté articulé par rapport à ladite chape (17), et ce à l'encontre d'un moyen élastique (20) de rappel. Ce couteau (19) disposé en aval de l'outil de coupe (10) a une fonction de coupe des résidus de tissus préalablement coupés pour parfaire la fonction de coupe si nécessaire. Si, par contre, pour une raison quelconque le tissu n'a pas été coupé par l'outil de coupe (10), l'action de ce moyen (18) va le détecter à l'approche du couteau (19) et va actionner un interrupteur signalant l'anomalie et arrêtant le fonctionnement du dispositif.
Selon une autre disposition de l'invention, le dispositif de coupe et soudure par ultrasons peut aussi fonctionner en autonomie en étant détaché de la pièce support (2) pour des opérations ponctuelles de soudure. Dans ce cas, le bloc-pinces (6) est aménagé avec une poignée de préhension, non représentée, pour sa manipulation par l'opérateur. Une plaque de liaison du type plaque support (2) assure le montage du générateur, du convertisseur, de la sonotrode, du bloc-pinces sur le conduit d'air. Une batterie est disposée sur une poignée solidaire du bloc-pinces.
Le fonctionnement du dispositif, selon l'invention, est alors le suivant. Le tissu à couper et à souder passe entre la sonotrode et l'outil de coupe (10). La pression entre les deux éléments précités est assurée et contrôlée par le moyen de pression (11) constituée par le ressort de rappel mis en tension par le moyen de réglage (12) de type bouton moleté. Les vibrations émises par la sonotrode frappent le tissu à une fréquence de l'ordre de 40 KHz et, grâce à l'outil, le tissu est fondu. L'invention présente de nombreux avantages. On souligne tout d'abord son aspect compact, avec un volume d'encombrement très largement inférieur à l'existant du double voire du triple. Son utilisation est sécurisée en basse tension 24 volts tout en offrant une puissance de 100 w à 300 watts selon le générateur choisi. L'intégration du circuit de refroidissement est aussi importante et il apparaît qu'il n'y a aucun fil, conduit de quelque nature que ce soit en débordement extérieur susceptible de gêner et d'être accrochée. Le dispositif peut être ainsi utilisé en autonomie ce qui laisse à l'opérateur une marge de manoeuvre importante quant à son utilisation. Dans ce cas, le porte-outil (10) peut ne pas être utilisé. Un autre avantage réside dans l'adaptabilité du porte outil selon les besoins. La construction et simple. Le volume de stockage du dispositif, selon l'invention, est réduit.
