La présente invention concerne les dispositifs de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit cosmétique et plus particulièrement ceux destinés à l'application d'un eyeliner ou d'un produit de tatouage, notamment les produits pour tracer un trait sur les paupières. 15. A method of making the eyelids, wherein a device as defined in any one of the preceding claims is used to draw a line on the eyelids.
