- REVENDICATIONS1. Dispositif de traitement de gaz d'échappement (7) comprenant : une ligne d'échappement (2) ; un système d'alimentation (3, 4) de la ligne d'échappement (2) en ammoniac ; et un système de dénitrification catalytique (6) disposé dans la ligne d'échappement (2) caractérisé en ce que le système de dénitrification catalytique (6) comprend une zéolithe acide non ou très faiblement échangée en tant que catalyseur.
- 2. Dispositif de traitement de gaz d'échappement (7) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la zéolithe acide non échangée présente une capacité d'adsorption de l'ammoniac supérieure à 2 mmol/g, de préférence supérieure à 1,5 mmol/g telle que mesurée par analyse de l'ammoniac disparaissant de la phase gazeuse envoyée sur la zéolithe acide non échangée soumise à des températures comprises entre 170°C et 350 °C.

- 4) en ammoniac comprend un réservoir d'urée (4) et des moyens d'injection d'urée (3) dans la ligne d'échappement (2), en amont du système de dénitrification catalytique (6). 4. Dispositif de traitement de gaz d'échappement (7) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant également un système d'oxydation catalytique (5) disposé dans la ligne d'échappement (2), en amont du système d'alimentation (3, 4) de la ligne d'échappement (2) en ammoniac ; et / ou un filtre à particules (8) disposé dans la ligne d'échappement (2), en amont du système d'alimentation (3, 4) de la ligne d'échappement (2) en ammoniac.
- 5. Dispositif de traitement de gaz d'échappement (7) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant également un système de détection d'oxydes d'azote et d'ammoniac (9) disposé dans la ligne d'échappement (2), en aval du système de dénitrification catalytique (6).
- 6. Véhicule comprenant un moteur (1) et caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre le dispositif de traitement de gaz d'échappement (7) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 en sortie du moteur (1).
- 7. Procédé de traitement de gaz d'échappement contenant des oxydes d'azote, mis en oeuvre dans un dispositif de traitement de gaz d'échappement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend la fourniture de gaz d'échappement et la dénitrification catalytique des gaz d'échappement, ladite dénitrification catalytique comprenant la mise en contact des gaz d'échappement avec de l'ammoniac adsorbé sur la zéolithe acide non échangée.
- 8. Procédé de traitement de gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 7, comprenant l'ajout d'ammoniac, et/ou ou d'un précurseur d'ammoniac, dans les gaz d'échappement, et l'adsorption de l'ammoniac sur la zéolithe acide non échangée.
- 9. Procédé de traitement de gaz d'échappement selon l'une des revendications 7 à 8, comprenant la détection et la mesure ou l'estimation de la quantité d'ammoniac et d'oxydes d'azote dans les gaz d'échappement à l'issue de la dénitrification catalytique des gaz d'échappement, et l'ajustement de l'ajout d'ammoniac dans les gaz d'échappement selon le résultat de la mesure et/ou une estimation sur la base d'un modèle théorique et/ou expérimental.
- 10. Procédé de traitement de gaz d'échappement selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, dans lequel la dénitrification catalytique est effectuée et efficace à une température inférieure à 170°C, sans ajout d'ammoniac dans les gaz d'échappement; puis à une température supérieure à 170°C, avec éventuellement un ajout d'ammoniac dans les gaz d'échappement.
