Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'enrober le piquet métal pour l'isoler de tout risque d'électrocution jusqu'à 48,7 KVA. Le dispositif selon cette invention est particulièrement destiné au travail d'implantation, de piquetage, de jalonnement qui s'effectue en toute sécurité contre les risques d'électrocution.

Description

La présente invention concerne des piquets d'alignement, d'implantation, de jalonnement, de piquetage qui peuvent être mis en terre en toute sécurité. Les piquets métalliques sont traditionnellement dépourvus de toute isolation, enrobage, protection ce qui risque, lorsqu'on les enfonce dans le sol lors d'un piquetage qu'ils puissent être en contact avec un câble électrique et électrocuter le manipulateur. Le dispositif, selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Il comporte en effet un enrobage, complet du piquet sur toute sa superficie, d'un produit appliqué par trempage dans des bains successifs qui isole le piquet de 0 à 48,7 KVA permettant au manipulateur de travailler en toute sécurité sans risque d'électrocution.
Le piquet présente une hauteur comprise entre 0.60 et 2 mètres, un diamètre entre 12 et 30 millimètres. Il est en acier, aluminium ou acier galvanisé. Le revêtement utilisé est une poudre thermoplastique PPA 571, PPA571 ES ou un RISLAN. Le revêtement présente une résistance à l'impact supérieur à 27 Joules. Ce dispositif de piquets sécurisés permet toutes manutentions dans le domaine de l'implantation, de piquetage, de jalonnement en toute sécurité et sérénité pour l'utilisateur.

Claims (5)

  1. REVENDICATIONS1) Piquet d'alignement, d'implantation, de jalonnement ou de piquetage, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un enrobage d'un produit électriquement isolant jusqu'à 48,7 KVA sur toute la superficie.
  2. 2) Piquet selon la revendication (1) caractérisé en ce qu'il est en Acier, Aluminium ou Acier galvanisé.
  3. 3) Piquet selon la revendication (1) caractérisé en ce qu'il a une longueur comprise entre 0.60 mètres et 2 mètres.
  4. 4) Piquet selon la revendication (1) caractérisé en ce qu'il a un diamètre compris entre 12 et 30 millimètres.
  5. 5) Piquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que l'enrobage est une poudre thermoplastique PPA 571, PPA 571 ES ou un RISLAN.
