Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil, un procédé, et un processus, et un système pour le traitement d'un écoulement d'eau. Un tel appareil, procédé, processus, et système sont caractérisés par l'application d'une tension sur une paire d'électrodes afin de générer un champ électrique avec un tel champ électrique appliqué sur un écoulement d'eau passant entre la paire d'électrodes. Au moins l'une de la paire d'électrodes comprend un métal, et un ou plusieurs d'une pluralité d'ions chargés positivement dans l'écoulement d'eau sont substitués avec un ou plusieurs ions chargés positivement du métal. De plus, un ou plusieurs d'une pluralité d'ions chargés négativement peuvent réagir avec ledit un ou plusieurs ions chargés positivement du métal pour former un composé ionique. Un ou plusieurs de la pluralité restante d'ions chargés positivement peuvent réagir avec un ou plusieurs de la pluralité restante d'ions chargés négativement.
