Abstract

The barbecue has a bracket i.e. bar (3), on which a cage grid (12) using a hook (11) or a pin is suspended. An infra-red heating source is constituted of quartz halogen tubes (7) for lighting at high temperature. A low voltage device i.e. low voltage lamp (14), is positioned on supports (13). The halogen tubes are provided with metal deflectors (8). A removable screen (10) is made of vitro-ceramic or netting glasses and arranged in front of the lamp. A metal sheet is folded into U-shape and fixed to a slide tube (2).

La présente invention concerne un barbecue vertical électrique à tube halogène quartz pour cuire des produits par rayonnements infrarouges . Il existe des barbecues verticaux à charbon de bois et à gaz munis de potences comprenant des bras auxquels on suspend des grilles cages ou des broches. Il existe des barbecue verticaux électriques munis de résistances à fils boudinés ou à résistance blindée. Ils émettent des infrarouges à basse température principalement avec des longueurs d'ondes supérieures à 30 000 A°. Ils manquent de puissance de rayonnement .I1 faut pratiquement cuire dessus. Pour augmenter le rayonnement on adjoint aux tubes des déflecteurs qui peuvent avoir diverses formes paraboliques , hyperboliques , 30 elliptiques, cylindriques ou planes .
