Dans ce procédé, un serveur de messagerie instantanée (S ) délivrant le service de messagerie instantanée, émet la liste (L) des contacts « usager » (U1, U2, U3, U4), la liste (L) des contacts « usager » (U1, U2, U3, U4) transite par un serveur passerelle (SP) distant du terminal informatique (T), le serveur passerelle (SP) rajoute, à la volée, des contacts « fonctionnalité » (F1, F2, F3) dans la liste!
