D'autre part, il est parfois nécessaire de laisser à l'intérieur du véhicule des objets de valeur dont la présence ne doit pas être décelable de l'extérieur, spécialement lorsque ledit véhicule est parqué dans un lieu public. 1s Le but de l'invention est donc de proposer un dispositif de rangement facilement accessible et parfaitement dissimulé. A cet effet, la présente invention a pour objet un boîtier de rangement agencé dans un logement pratiqué dans la garniture du dossier d'un siège de véhicule automobile qui 20 débouche sur un côté du dossier de celui-ci de façon que, en position rentrée, seule l'une des faces du boîtier soit apparente et affleure la surface du côté du dossier. Ce boîtier est muni d'un dispositif d'extraction apte à le placer dans une position dans laquelle il présente à l'extérieur au moins l'une 25 de ses autres faces pourvue d'une ouverture pour la réception des objets à ranger.
