The invention relates to internal combustion engines, and in particular the calculation of the calorific value of the fuel injected into an internal combustion engine. The composition and properties of internal combustion fuels are variable. Many fuels now include fossil hydrocarbons mixed with alcohol or fuels of vegetable origin. Such fuels are increasingly distributed in order to comply with certain legislation for the emission of gaseous pollutants by motor vehicles. Moreover, the composition of fossil hydrocarbons distributed to the public is never known very precisely. The calorific value of the fuel can thus influence the operation of the engine. During the development of the internal combustion engine, it is optimized at different operating points for a fuel having a given heating value. The use of a different fuel for these points of operation of the engine, leads to increase the pollutant emissions and the consumption of this fuel. Ignorance of the nature of the fuel also limits certain fueling strategies, which can be detrimental to fuel consumption. US Pat. No. 5,124,654 describes a method for measuring the composition of a fuel containing alcohol, this process being intended to optimize the operating conditions of the engine. According to this method, a fuel distribution pipe is disposed upstream of an injector and is traversed by the fuel injected into the combustion chamber of the engine. The distribution pipe forms an electrode of a capacitor for measuring dielectric constants of the fuel. A cylindrical and conductive counter electrode is maintained in the distribution pipe at a constant distance therefrom. A counter electrode for measuring the conductivity of the fuel is also placed inside the distribution pipe. A calculator determines the composition of the mixture in the fuel according to the signals recorded on the electrodes. Such a method has drawbacks. Indeed, this method makes it possible to determine the composition of a mixture only if the electrical properties of its various components are perfectly known. In addition, the dielectric properties of the fuel do not determine its heating value when it is composed solely of hydrocarbons. In general, the dielectric properties of the fuel do not provide sufficient accuracy to determine its heating value. Moreover, such a method induces a significant additional cost for the engine. The invention aims to solve one or more of these disadvantages. The invention thus relates to a method for calculating the calorific value of a fuel injected into an internal combustion engine, comprising: a detection of a phase of non-depression of an engine accelerator control; • an injection of fuel into the engine after detecting the phase of no depression of the engine accelerator; • a measure of the variation of the engine speed during this injection; • calculation of the heating value of the fuel as a function of the determined variation in engine speed. [0006] In a variant, said fuel injection is sufficient to increase the speed of said engine. According to another variant, said injection comprises the injection of a predetermined quantity of fuel. According to another variant, the fuel injection is performed for a predetermined duration. According to yet another variant, said steps are performed when the engine is at a higher speed than the idle speed. [Ooio] The invention also relates to a method for modifying the operating parameters of an internal combustion engine, comprising a method for calculating the calorific value of the fuel injected into the engine as described above, and comprising a modification engine operating parameters according to the determined heating value. According to a variant, the method comprises modifying at least one of the following operating parameters of the engine as a function of the determined heating power: • the quantity of fuel injected during a main fuel injection; • ignition advance; • the setting of a main fuel injection; • the richness of the mixture between an oxidizer and the fuel injected during a main fuel injection. [0012] The invention further relates to a calculator of the calorific value of a fuel injected into an internal combustion engine comprising: • an input of a driving signal of an accelerator of the engine; • an input of an engine speed signal; An output capable of controlling a fuel injection during the reception of a signal of no depression of an accelerator control of the engine; Calculating means, able to determine a variation of the engine speed during said injection, and able to calculate the calorific value of the fuel injected during said injection as a function of the variation of the engine speed calculated. [0013] The invention furthermore relates to an internal combustion engine including a computer as described above, and comprising a fuel injector intended for a combustion chamber of the engine, the injector being controlled by said computer. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising an internal combustion engine as described above, and comprising an accelerator pedal of the engine, a sensor of the depression of the throttle control generating a depression signal applied to the corresponding input of the computer. According to one variant, the vehicle comprises a fuel tank and a unit for detecting the filling of this tank, the computer controlling said fuel injection following the detection of a non-driving phase and following the detection of a fuel tank. filling the tank. [0016] Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the description which is given below, by way of indication and in no way limitative, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: • Figure 1 is a representation schematic of an internal combustion engine provided with a computer according to the invention; FIG. 2 is a diagram of an example of an operating method according to the invention. The invention proposes to determine the calorific value of a fuel, by combustion of a known amount of this fuel in the engine and by measuring the mechanical energy produced by this combustion. [0018] Thus, a decrease in fuel consumption and a decrease in pollutant emissions can be obtained. In addition, the engine may use an adaptive engine control map based on the calorific value determined, and no longer a map established for the properties of a given fuel. A cartography specific to the different fuels 25 distributed in the various countries will not be necessary in particular. The invention is particularly advantageous since it uses engine operating information usually available for a control computer of this engine. The invention therefore does not necessarily imply adding sensors or measuring devices. The calorific value calculated may be the lower calorific value, corresponding to the amount of heat released by the complete combustion of a fuel unit, the water vapor being assumed to be uncondensed and unrecovered heat. Figure 1 shows schematically a combustion engine 1 for a motor vehicle. This combustion engine 1 comprises two combustion chambers 12 and fuel injectors 11. The fuel injectors 11 are intended to supply the combustion chambers 12 with fuel. The engine 1 is equipped with a computer 2. The computer 2 comprises, in a manner known per se, an input 21 receiving a signal representative of the level of depression of an accelerator pedal 3, an input 22 receiving a signal representative of the speed engine, and an outlet 23 for controlling the injectors 11. The engine 1 may be a gasoline direct injection engine, a diesel direct injection engine or any other type of internal combustion engine. FIG. 2 represents an operating diagram of a method for calculating the calorific value of the fuel injected according to the invention. During a step 101, the combustion engine 1 is put into operation and fuel is combusted in the combustion chambers 12. During a step 102, the computer 2 detects that the accelerator pedal 3 is not depressed. A control module (not shown) of the computer 2 controls a calorific value calculation phase during the non-depression of the accelerator pedal 3. In fact, by performing the calculation of the heating value in this phase, the measurements are not disturbed by a load required by the driver. During a step 103, the control module controls the combustion of a predetermined amount of fuel in the combustion chambers 12. The control module including the injection of a predetermined quantity of fuel via its outlet 23, this quantity proving sufficient to increase the speed of the engine. The control module may also control an injection for a predetermined duration, for example during a predefined number of engine cycles.
[0028] Le pouvoir calorifique inférieur PClmes sera alors déterminé par la formule suivante : PClmes=f(ANmes/ANo)* PCIo More precisely, the control module can control an injection duration, an injection flow rate and an injection pressure of predefined values. During a step 104, the computer 2 receives a signal representative of the engine speed. The computer 2 determines in particular the engine speed at the beginning of the injection of the predetermined amount of fuel, and at the end of this injection. This injection generates a torque on the motor shaft and tends to increase the speed of rotation. This increase in the speed of rotation is a function of the amount of mechanical energy recovered by the combustion of the fuel. During a step 105, the computer 2 calculates the calorific value of the fuel as a function of the difference between the engine speeds determined. During a step 106, the operating parameters of the engine are optimized according to the calculated calorific value. The following engine operating parameters may notably be modified: the amount of fuel injected during a main fuel injection; • ignition advance; • the setting of a main fuel injection; The richness of the mixture between an oxidant and the fuel injected during a main fuel injection: the strategy of operation of the catalyst Lambda probe. To ensure good reliability of the calorific value calculation, the result of the determination of the calorific value will be advantageously retained only if one determines a duration of no depression of the accelerator greater than 1 second. Thus, the computer 2 will have sufficient time to control during the phase of no depression of the accelerator, the measurement then not being disturbed by the user. The calculation of the heating value of the fuel is advantageously carried out during an operating phase of the known engine, for example when the engine is hot and is not idling. There is rarely any benefit of not depressing the accelerator pedal of sufficient duration at idle speed. Determining the heating value of the fuel will preferably be performed after the detection of a filling of the fuel tank, so that the engine settings will be adapted for the rest of the operation following this filling. The calorific value can be calculated from a calibration performed previously on a known fuel. During this calibration, an ANO speed variation is determined for an injection phase of a duration TO with a fuel having a lower heating value PCIO at different operating points of the engine. The calibration fuel may for example be a fuel free of vegetable fuel. For an injection phase of a duration TO carried out during a depression of the accelerator pedal, if we measure a change of ANmes regime for a given operating point, we can deduce the lower heating value PClmes the fuel used by the vehicle by the following linear relationship: PClmes = (ANmes / ANo) * PCIo [0027] Other calibrations carried out at different engine operating regimes may make it possible to determine a non-linear function linking the lower heating value. PClmes to the variation of regime ANMES. The lower calorific value PClmes will then be determined by the following formula: PClmes = f (ANmes / ANo) * PCIo
