Abstract
Description
The invention relates to facilities for shading and producing renewable energy. Such installations make it possible to install solar energy conversion panels on parking areas such as car parks, said panels being arranged so as to create shaded areas for parking the vehicles. They also find an application in the sun protection cover of other spaces such as traffic lanes or roofs of buildings.
Such installations essentially comprise a load-bearing structure on which the solar energy conversion panels are based. Two types of installations can be proposed, namely the installations in which the panels are articulated and adjustable according to the sunlight and the installations in which the panels are fixed. However, whatever the type of installation, the implementation is laborious and expensive. Indeed, the assembly of such installations requires heavy work such as foundation work in the ground, trench work or evacuation work for the diversion of water or gas pipes. It also often requires a restructuring of the space to be shaded with the installation. An object of the present invention is therefore to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks. Another object of the present invention is to provide a sun protection cover installation freeing heavy work in the ground of the space to be shaded. Another object of the present invention is to provide a sun protection cover installation adaptable to the environment of the space to be shaded, limiting the restructuring of the latter. It is also desirable to provide a sun protection cover installation that provides fast, simple and cost-effective mounting.
To this end, the invention proposes a sun protection cover installation comprising at least one cover element and a support structure supporting said cover element, said structure comprising at least one module formed of an assembly of uprights and supports. a frame on which said cover member is based, characterized in that the module further comprises above ground support means on which said assembly is fixed, the module being self-supporting, held in load by the weight of said support means out of ground. Thanks to the present invention, the installation adapts to the environment of the space, large or small, that it is intended to cover and respects all the pre-existing elements in this space. Furthermore, it frees all work in the floor space to cover facilitating the implementation and speed of assembly of the facility. According to other features of the invention, the installation of the invention comprises one or more of the following optional features considered alone or according to all possible combinations: the carrier structure is formed of a single module; - The carrier structure is formed of several modules juxtaposed independent or not. ; The above-ground support means are bases resting on the ground by their weight alone; the bases are of the type of reinforced concrete slide; each base is shaped to form an anti-shock abutment; the cover element comprises a network of solar energy conversion panels; - The amounts and / or the frame are of adjustable length.
With reference to FIG. 1, there is a sun protection cover installation 10 installed on a vehicle parking area. This installation 10 is intended, on the one hand, to create shadow and rain protection zones for parked vehicles and, on the other hand, to produce electrical energy. It essentially comprises a supporting structure 20 on which cover elements 30 rest. Advantageously, the installation is modular. Thus, as shown in Figures 1 to 5, the carrier structure 20 may comprise one or more structural modules 40 independent or not. By way of example, the carrying structure 20 of FIG. 1 presents two dependent structural modules 40 making it possible to cover a surface of several parking spaces while FIG. 2 illustrates a bearing structure 20 having a single structural module 40 and FIGS. to 5 a set of several structural modules 40 juxtaposed and independent of each other, each covering a series of parking spaces. Each structural module 40 comprises a set of vertical uprights 41 on which frame 42 supports for supporting the covering elements 30 of the installation 10, the uprights 41 being fixed to aboveground support means 50. More specifically, such 1 and 2, each module 40 comprises two parallel series and opposite spaced vertical uprights 41, each of the uprights 41 resting at its lower end on the aboveground support means 50. 35 A the opposite end, they are fixed, by suitable means, to a cross member 43 associated, that is to say a horizontal beam frame.
The set of crosspieces 43 associated with the uprights 41 of the same series are intended to support a support frame 44 on which the covering elements 30 are intended to be fixed. In addition, the cross members 43 associated with the uprights 41 of the two different series are interconnected via a so-called central adjustment system 45 intended to allow the distance between two cross members 43 to be varied vis-a-vis. Moreover, one or more support legs 46 are fixed at their lower end to a corresponding amount 41 and, at the opposite end, to the cross member 43 associated. By support leg means, here, a post inclined relative to the corresponding vertical amount 41 for reinforcing and stabilizing the carrier structure 40 so as to prevent its collapse. These support legs 46 are, moreover, also fixed at their lower end to the aboveground support means 50.
According to the invention, each structural module 41 is self-supporting. This means that the stability of each module 41 results from the sole bearing capacity of its base and, more specifically, that each module 41 above is only held in bearing by the weight of the aboveground support means 50.
These aboveground support means 50 are thus intended to carry the entire module 41 by their simple weight. The implementation of such a structural module 40 has many advantages. Thus, a structural module 40 can cover small spaces 25 as large spaces by the combination of several juxtaposed modules 41 as shown in Figures 3 to 5. A non-limiting example, a structural module can cover a limited space on the surface of six parking spaces. Moreover, a modular installation makes it possible to adapt to the environment in which it must be installed without restructuring the parking area, that is to say, in particular, while respecting the carrying capacity and the circulation. existing parking area. An example of a modular installation is shown in Figure 6 for a parking area of a building. It is observed that the structural modules 40 can be installed in a sparse and discontinuous manner, in order to respect the pre-existing elements of the parking area such as the traffic lanes, the caddy shelters, the lighting 70 or the greenery 71 (FIG. 5). With regard to the above-ground support means 50, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 5, they comprise bases 51 resting by their sole weight on the ground of the parking zone, that is to say, for example, the bitumen of this area, without any foundation in the basement. In a non-limiting example, these are reinforced concrete slides (GBA) such as those used to separate the lanes of a road. This offers the advantage of an installation 10 comprising a bearing structure 20 having no foundation in the ground. Such structural modules 40 without foundation in the ground can overcome the nuisance associated with heavy work such as foundation work in the ground or trench work on the parking area.
It also avoids the diversion in the basement of water pipes or gas necessary when the installation has foundations in the ground. The assembly and disassembly of each module 40 is then simpler, faster, no gene caused by work for people using the parking area for their vehicle. Indeed, the various elements of a module 40 can be prefabricated and pre-assembled in the factory or elsewhere before mounting the module 40 on site. FIG. 1 shows two juxtaposed dependent modules 40 having a common base for attaching a portion of the uprights 41 of the carrier structure 20. In other embodiments, each base 51 may be intended to receive either a single amount 41 or a series of amounts 41 spaced apart as illustrated in particular in Figures 2 and 3. Furthermore, each base 51 is shaped to form a shock abutment for any vehicle intended to park. Thus, in a nonlimiting example illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, each base 51 has, on each of its faces intended to be opposite a vehicle, a concave curved zone 52 whose concavity is adapted to receive the front profile. or bitter of a vehicle. Advantageously, the shape of the bases 51 does not cause any difficulty of circulation of the vehicles in the parking area.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the uprights 41, sleepers 43 and / or support legs 46 are of adjustable length, in order to compensate, if necessary, the difference in height of the floor on which each module is installed. of the installation 10.
This offers the possibility of taking into account, simply, the environmental constraints in which the installation 10 will be installed. The possibility of adjusting the various elements of the support structure 20 also makes it possible to optimize the manufacturing process of the elements of the modules. structural 40 of the plant 10 promoting industrial mass production. Preferably, the uprights 41, crosspieces 43 and support leg 46 are beams formed of a single metal part or an assembly of metal elements. However, other types of beams known to those skilled in the art can be used.
Concerning the elements forming cover 30 of the installation 10, they comprise a network 31 of solar energy conversion panels 32 intended to be fixed, by suitable means, to the support frame 44 of the frame of each structural module 40. a non-limiting example, the solar energy conversion panels 32 are photovoltaic panels. Other types of panels may, however, be provided. The installation 10 also provides a connection system 60 to the solar energy conversion panels 32 in order to recover the energy produced. This connection system 60 is preferably mounted under the horizontal crosspieces 43 of the frame of each module 41. In the example of the photovoltaic panels, the connection system 60 comprises, in a manner known per se, at least one inverter (not shown) for transforming the direct current produced by the photovoltaic cells of the panels 32 into alternating current, said inverter being connected to a transformer connected, in a non-limiting example, to the electricity distribution network. The costs associated with mounting the installation are thus advantageously reduced by the resale or on-site use of the energy produced by the panels of the installation.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments of the sun protection installation described above as examples but it embraces all the possible variants. Thus, the installation 10 can be installed elsewhere than on parking areas of vehicles such as on the roof of buildings, for example to shade.
