Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif renforcé et autonome permettant de sécuriser et de garantir l'authenticité de toutes sortes de contenus et contenants, notamment d'une bouteille de vin généralement de grand cru ou de vin célèbre incitant à la contrefaçon et le mode de réalisation dudit dispositif. La mise en oeuvre de ce dispositif, qui repose sur l'utilisation d'un hologramme spécifique, ne nécessite - pour vérifier l'authenticité du produit concerné - l'intervention d'aucun moyen technique extérieur tel qu'un appareil à ultraviolets ou autres. Selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention le dispositif selon la présente invention est constitué : - d'un hologramme doré à chaud (1), spécifique au producteur du produit à protéger, imprimé sur une étiquette (2) elle-même imprimée sur un substrat ultradélaminable (3) - d'un hologramme identique (1) imprimé sur un support (4) en substrat ultradélaminable (3) appliqué sur le contenant, directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'une bandelette de préférence autocollante, de façon à ce que l'ouverture du contenant nécessite son enlèvement ; lorsque le contenant est une bouteille de vin, le support (4) est appliqué sur la capsule (5) et le goulot de la bouteille (6).
