Abstract

The method involves implementing a mobile plate linear guide using a rail and corresponding housings for a gate. A folded metal sheet is welded along a vertical plane at a level of feet of a mobile plate frame. A bin is stabilized by the rail and the corresponding housings for the gate for implementing a mobile plate counterweight, where the bin contains a punch bag and dense materials. Right and left shutters are connected by crossheads.

- 1 - La solution technique décrite ci-après permet de construire un plateau mobile à usage domestique ou professionnel avec des composants disponibles dans le commerce limitant ainsi son coût.
