Description
- 1 - La solution technique décrite ci-après permet de construire un plateau mobile à usage domestique ou professionnel avec des composants disponibles dans le commerce limitant ainsi son coût. Les systèmes actuellement disponibles sur le marché présentent un ou S plusieurs des inconvénients suivants : 1. Un coût relativement élevé. 2. Le besoin de graisser régulièrement le système. 3. L'utilisation d'une équerre au niveau du châssis. La solution proposée remédie à ces inconvénients grâce aux avantages !La suivants : 1. Un châssis sans équerre et par conséquent plus facile d'accès. 2. Un système de guides linéaires utilisant des composants disponibles sur le marché et avec un coût relativement limité. 3. Un système de contrepoids stabilisé et permettant d'utiliser de matériaux économiques pour le remplissage. Le système du plateau mobile proposé est composé de trois sous-systèmes : 1. Le châssis du plateau mobile. 2. Les guides linéaires du plateau mobile. 3. Le contrepoids du plateau mobile. 20 La suite du document donne une description de chacun des sous-systèmes. Le sous-système du châssis : L'innovation du châssis porte essentiellement sur l'élimination du besoin d'utilisation d'une équerre pour supporter le poids du plateau mobile. Chassis subsystem: Chassis innovation focuses on eliminating the need for a bracket to support the weight of the moving platter. This is accomplished by the use of a folded sheet welded in a vertical plane at the legs of the frame. Figures (1), (2) and (3) describe the chassis of the movable platen. The right and left flaps of the chassis can be linked by sleepers or by some other means. The link is not shown on the chassis diagrams for clarity and because it is outside the perimeter of `3Q the requested protection.
