Abstract

The device has a belt (4) rotating under traction effort of masses (7) in a side of a case (3) to accelerate rotation of the case. The masses are connected to a central axle (1) via the belt, where the axle is fixed on bearings (2). The belt is fixed to rings (8). Springs (5) are fixed on the axle. The rings sliding on the axle permit the masses to move closer to the center by winding of the belt when the rings are blocked, and transmit kinetic energy when the masses are moved away from the center by pulling the springs so as to transmit inertial force of the axle to the case.
