SYSTEME DE PROTECTION CONTRE LA CONDENSATION POUR UNE UNITE DE COMMANDE D'AUTOCLAVE CONDENSATION PROTECTION SYSTEM FOR AUTOCLAVE CONTROL UNIT
La présente invention concerne un groupe autoclave perfectionné comprenant une motopompe et un réservoir d'accumulation sous pression, le système pouvant fournir un fluide sous pression dans une installation de distribution de fluide et en particulier du type décrit dans le brevet italien n° 1 343 261 et dans le brevet européen correspondant n° 1 479 911 des mêmes demandeurs. Dans le groupe autoclave du brevet mentionné, l'électropompe est actionnée par l'intermédiaire d'une centrale à commande électrique sur la base de capteurs de pression et de débit du fluide en sortie de la pompe. Cette centrale comprend un circuit ou une carte électronique installé(e) dans une chambre située entre un corps principal appliqué sur le réservoir sous pression et un couvercle de protection. Etant donné que ledit corps principal, sur lequel les capteurs sont appliqués, est traversé par l'eau fournie par la pompe, il tend à prendre la température de l'eau et, quand les conditions environnementales locales de température et d'humidité le permettent, l'humidité atmosphérique tend à se condenser sur celui-ci et sur le contenu de ladite chambre, et donc à s'accumuler dans la chambre même, risquant de compromettre le fonctionnement de la carte électronique qui y est contenue. L'objet de la présente invention est d'éviter cet inconvénient. Selon l'invention, entre le couvercle et ledit corps principal se trouve un parcours en labyrinthe de sortie de l'eau de condensation par gravité. En outre, le capteur de pression, qui sort du corps principal, est placé en dessous et/ou de côté en plan par rapport à la carte afin d'éviter de faire goutter la condensation sur la carte électronique. Le dessin montre un actionnement non limitatif du modèle, et en particulier : la figure 1 illustre une vue en élévation d'un groupe autoclave selon 25 l'invention ; les figures 2 et 3 illustrent chacune une vue de dessous agrandie de la centrale de commande du groupe autoclave le long de II-II sur la figure 1 avec un couvercle monté et écarté, respectivement ; la figure 4 illustre une vue frontale le long de IV-IV sur la figure 3 ; la figure 5 illustre une vue en section le long de V-V sur la figure 4 avec le couvercle monté ; et la figure 6 illustre le détail VI de la figure 5 agrandi. En référence à la figure 1, le groupe autoclave comprend un réservoir d'accumulation 1 sur lequel une électropompe 3 est fixée au réservoir d'accumulation 1, une centrale de commande 5 du groupe étant associée au réservoir. La centrale de commande 5 comprend un corps principal 5A (voir les figures 4 et suivantes) dans lequel se trouve un passage selon les flèches F (figure 5) pour le fluide pompé par l'électropompe entre un orifice d'entrée 5B et un orifice de sortie 5C ; un capteur de pression 7 et un capteur de débit 9 sont appliqués sur ce passage. Sur une paroi du corps principal 5A, une carte électronique 5D est prévue pour piloter l'électropompe 3 sur la base des signaux reçus des capteurs 7, 9. Un couvercle 11 est assemblé avec le corps principal 5A de la centrale en se fixant par l'intermédiaire de vis (non illustrées) contre un bord 5E saillant du corps 5A. The object of the present invention is to avoid this disadvantage. According to the invention, between the cover and said main body is a labyrinth path output of gravity condensation water. With reference to FIG. 1, the autoclave group comprises an accumulation reservoir 1 on which an electropump 3 is attached to the accumulation tank 1, a control unit 5 of the group being associated with the tank. The control unit 5 comprises a main body 5A (see FIG. 4 and following) in which there is a passage according to the arrows F (FIG. 5) for the fluid pumped by the electropump between an inlet orifice 5B and an orifice 5C output; a pressure sensor 7 and a flow sensor 9 are applied to this passage. On a wall of the main body 5A, an electronic card 5D is provided for controlling the electric pump 3 on the basis of the signals received from the sensors 7, 9. A cover 11 is assembled with the main body 5A of the central unit by fixing itself by means of intermediate screw (not shown) against a protruding 5E edge of the body 5A.

En outre, selon l'invention, dans la partie inférieure du bord 5E du corps 5A (voir également la figure 6) se trouvent deux ouvertures 5F et entre le bord 5E et le couvercle 11 (en particulier le bord 1lA visible sur la figure 6) de la centrale un espace (e) est laissé, mettant ainsi en communication de fluide avec l'extérieur la chambre dans laquelle la carte 5D est installée. La protection de la carte 5D contre les projections d'eau de l'extérieur est simultanément assurée, ainsi que cela est requis par le niveau de protection IP X5. Par cette disposition, la condensation qui pourrait s'être accumulée dans la partie inférieure de ladite chambre peut s'écouler et s'évacuer à l'extérieur de celle-ci au travers d'un parcours en labyrinthe, évitant d'inonder ladite chambre et donc la carte.
