-1- La présente invention concerne un dispositif environnemental de cendrier public à vidage rapide permettant d'assainir la voie publique par la collecte exclusive des mégots de cigarettes qui y sont jetés en vue de leur recyclage ultérieur. La loi Anti-tabac qui a pris effet en France, le 1 et février 2007 en s'appliquant dans un premier temps aux entreprises, aux administrations, aux établissements scolaires et aux établissements de santé ; s'est étendue le ler Janvier 2008, aux lieux dits de convivialité (cafés, hôtels, restaurants, discothèques, casinos). Désormais, les fumeurs -n'ayant droit de cité que dans des espaces ouverts- se réunissent pour la plupart durant leur pause, sur les trottoirs des villes, aux abords des immeubles qui ûconséquence immédiate- observent une accumulation croissante de mégots écrasés. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cette nuisance environnementale. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique un socle situé à son extrémité basse permettant à l'ensemble du dispositif d'être fixé au sol et dans lequel vient s'emboiter le pied surmonté du réceptacle du cendrier, ce dernier situé à l'extrémité haute du dispositif. Le réceptacle présente sur sa partie supérieure un plateau cendrier doté de nervures destinées à faciliter l'extinction des cigarettes ; Ce même plateau comportant une inclinaison suffisante pour permettre aux cigarettes qui ne sont pas volontairement jetées dans le réceptacle d'y tomber instantanément, au travers d'une ouverture ad hoc. L'ouverture du réceptacle ùétant prévue exclusivement pour les mégots- est équipée d'une grille de protection calibrée afin d'empêcher tout autre dépôt d'objets (récipients, bouteilles vides, emballages et/ou autres déchets). Le réceptacle est pourvu, d'une ouverture frontale commandée permettant le vidage instantané de son contenu. Vidage qui est en outre, rendu plus aisé par la forme et l'inclinaison de la paroi intérieure du réceptacle favorisant l'expulsion et le glissement du contenu vers l'extérieur. Par ailleurs, un système de verrouillage/déverrouillage manuel situé dans la partie supérieure du pied permet une fermeture sécurisée de l'ouverture frontale. Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation : Le plateau cendrier ainsi que l'extrémité inférieure de l'intérieur du réceptacle ont une inclinaison au moins égale à 35°. -2- Il est aussi important de noter que l'attention toute particulière apportée au design de l'objet -évoquant les formes incurvées de la fumée de cigarette préfigurant les volutes-en fait ipso facto un objet signalétique facilement identifiable par tous. En référence à ce dessin, le dispositif comporte un socle (1) situé à son extrémité basse permettant à l'ensemble du dispositif d'être fixé au sol et dans lequel vient s'emboiter le pied (2) surmonté du réceptacle du cendrier (3), ce dernier situé à l'extrémité haute du dispositif. Le réceptacle (3) présente sur sa partie supérieure un plateau cendrier (4) doté de nervures destinées à faciliter l'extinction des cigarettes ; Ce même plateau comportant une inclinaison suffisante pour permettre aux cigarettes qui ne sont pas volontairement jetées dans le réceptacle (3) d'y tomber instantanément au travers d'une ouverture ad hoc (5). L'ouverture du réceptacle (5) ûétant prévue exclusivement pour les mégots est équipée d'une grille de protection calibrée (6) afin d'empêcher tout autre dépôt d'objets (récipients, bouteilles vides, emballages et/ou autres déchets). Le réceptacle (3) est pourvu d'une ouverture frontale commandée (7) permettant le vidage instantané de son contenu. Vidage qui est en outre, rendu plus aisé par la forme et l'inclinaison de la paroi intérieure du réceptacle (3) favorisant l'expulsion et le glissement du contenu vers l'extérieur. Un système de verrouillage/déverrouillage (8) situé dans la partie supérieure du pied (2) permet une fermeture sécurisée de l'ouverture frontale (7). L'ouverture frontale (7) est équipée de ressorts ou suspensions (9) lui permettant de se relever, à la façon d'un capot de voiture, sitôt le déverrouillage (8) actionné. A titre d'exemple, le cendrier public incluant le dispositif aura des dimensions standards de : 99,94cm de hauteur ; 25cm de largeur et une profondeur de 35,20cm. Le réceptacle aura une capacité approximative de 4,701itres, le tout non-limitatif. Le poids n'intervenant d'aucune manière dans la fonctionnalité globale de l'objet ûcelui-ci n'ayant pas vocation à être déplacé-, pourra varier selon l'utilisation des matériaux mis en oeuvre.
