La présente invention concerne un dispositif qui permet de transporter des pâtisseries dans une boite verticale à étagères muni d' une anse. Le transport s'effectuait généralement dans une boite horizontale dans laquelle le pâtissier disposait les pâtisseries. Cela n'était pas pratique du fait qu'il faille la porter avec les deux mains de risque qu'elle ne se renverse et n'abîme les gâteaux. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. En effet, les gâteaux sont disposés par deux sur les étagères donc ils ne s'entrechoquent pas et ne sont pas serrés, on peut mettre le même nombre de gâteaux que dans une boite horizontale. La anse permet de porter cette boite plus aisément d'une seule main, l'autre restant libre. Pour le boulanger cette nouvelle technique ne pose aucuns inconvénients pour disposer les gâteaux et refermer la boite avec comme à son habitude juste un morceau d' adhésif sur le côté rabattable. Selon les modes particuliers de réalisation : - les étagères sont maintenues par des supports cartonnés collés aux trois parois fixes de la boite. - un support collé à la paroi interne de la partie rabattable assure plus de sécurité. - les étagères ainsi que les supports à étagères sont pliables et dépliables. - la anse sera fixé à la partie supérieure interne de la boite, une fente sur cette même partie ainsi que sur la partie supérieure du côté rabattable permet d' y insérer la anse. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention : -la figure 1 représente la boite de face fermée. - la figure 2 représente la boite de face ouverte. -la figure 3 représente la boite entièrement décomposée. - la figure 4 représente la partie supérieure de la boite comportant la anse. -la figure 5 représente la boite pliée. En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte des étagères (1) maintenues par des renforts (2) (3) aux parois ainsi qu'avec un renfort de sécurité supplémentaire(4). La anse (6) permettant le port de la boite verticalement passe par deux fentes (5) situées sur les parties supérieures de la boite. A titre d'exemple non limitatif, la boite aura pour dimension 32cm de longueur et 10cm de largeur pour une boite à trois étagères pouvant comporter huit gâteaux(2 par étages). Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné au transport des gâteaux lors d'achat en boulangeries. Elle sera donc fournie au client par le boulanger,patissier.
