Claims (1)

REVENDICATIONS - 1- Implant prothétique d'articulation entre deux os comprenant une embase de fixation (2) recevant une tête hémisphérique (1), caractérisé en ce que ladite tête (1) est en céramique et présente des agencements aptes à coopérer avec un organe (4) conformé pour assurer, à partir de la zone polaire de la tête (1), l'extraction de ladite tête (1) par rapport à l'embase (2). -2- Implant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la base de la tête (1) présente un évidement circulaire (1c) pour le logement de l'embase de fixation (2), de sorte que ladite tête (1) est sensiblement en position de tangence avec la coupe osseuse de la partie d'os correspondante, sans être en contact. - 3- Implant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (2) présente une tige de fixation (2b) dans la coupe osseuse. - 4- Implant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les agencements sont constitués par un trou débouchant (lb) formé coaxialement dans l'épaisseur de la tête (1) et coopérant avec une portée de centrage coaxiale (2c) que présente l'embase (2), ledit trou présentant une portée cylindrique (lb 1), elle-même prolongée par une autre portée cylindrique de diamètre inférieur (lb2), de manière à constituer un épaulement interne (1b3) pour l'accrochage de l'extrémité d'une pince (4b1) que présente une partie (4b) de l'organe (4). - 5- Implant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le trou débouchant (lb) présente, à partir de la base de la tête, une portée tronconique (la) pourl'engagement de la portée de centrage (2c) de l'embase (2), de section complémentaire, afin de réaliser un assemblage du type cône-morse. - 6- Implant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la portée tronconique (la) est d'une longueur supérieure à 50 % de son diamètre moyen. - 7- Implant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la portée de centrage (2c) est taraudée pour recevoir une vis de fixation engagée à partir de l'extrémité du trou (lb) de la tête (1). - 8- Implant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la portée tronconique (la) de la tête et la portée cylindrique (lb 1) sont formées pour l'engagement d'une tige d'appui (4a) que présente l'organe (4) pour l'extraction de la tête suite à un déplacement vers le bas de la partie (4b) dudit organe faisant office de pince (4b1) et engagé à l'extrémité du trou (lb) de la tête (1). - 9- Implant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le taraudage (2c 1) de la portée de centrage est prolongé par un trou débouchant (2b1) formé coaxialement à une tige (2b) que présente l'embase (2). - 10- Implant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la tête présente un diamètre supérieur à 40 mm pour la hanche, à 30 mm pour l'épaule et à 8 mm pour le pied et la main. - 1 prosthetic implant for articulation between two bones comprising a fixing base (2) receiving a hemispherical head (1), characterized in that said head (1) is ceramic and has arrangements adapted to cooperate with a body ( 4) shaped to ensure, from the polar zone of the head (1), the extraction of said head (1) relative to the base (2). -2- Implant according to claim 1, characterized in that the base of the head (1) has a circular recess (1c) for the housing of the mounting base (2), so that said head (1) is substantially in tangent position with the bone section of the corresponding bone part, without being in contact. - 3-implant according to any one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the base (2) has a fixing rod (2b) in the bone section.
