Abstract

The machine has a cereal dose constitution device (2) with cups (23, 24) mounted side-by-side on both sides of a horizontal axis along which an assembly (22) of the device pivots in a balanced manner such that the cups take extreme filling and emptying positions. The assembly is placed at opening of a cereal seed supply bin (1), and at top of a cereal dose collecting bin (3). Description

La présente invention a pour objet une machine à enrober les semences de céréales avec des produits phytosanitaires, comprenant un dispositif de constitution de doses de céréales. Les semences sont, lors de leur croissance, soumises aux attaques d'insectes et de maladies. Pour y remédier, on traite les cultures par épandage de produits actifs, avec toutefois l'inconvénient que la majeure partie desdits produits actifs n'aura aucune utilité et sera répandue dans la terre. Pour pallier cet inconvénient, il a été proposé de traiter préalablement les semences, notamment par leur enrobage au moyen d'un agglomérat, qui peut être de l'argile par exemple, contenant des produits phytosanitaires. L'enrobage des semences est réalisé au travers de machines à enrober comprenant des moyens d'alimentation en semences, des moyens d'alimentation en produit d'enrobage, des moyens d'enrobage par malaxage et des moyens de transfert des semences enrobées. Les machines les plus sophistiquées fonctionnent en flux continu, ce qui implique d'incorporer un dispositif de constitution de doses de céréales pour scinder le flux continu en doses égales délivrées successivement.
