Abstract
La présente invention concerne une turbine à gaz comportant d'une part une roue à aubes (4) munie d'ailettes de type radiales et d'au moins un redresseur (5) et montée en rotation sur un arbre de transmission en prise avec une génératrice (2), ladite roue (4) s'étendant au droit d'une tuyère de diffusion (12), et d'autre part des moyens d'admission du gaz alimentant ladite tuyère de diffusion (12) de telle manière qu'un gaz soit amené dans la tuyère de diffusion afin d'entraîner en rotation la roue (4) à ailettes, lesdits moyens d'admission étant constitués d'un tuyau d'admission (10) et d'une vanne d'admission (11) comportant une soupape et un siège de vanne mobile, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un des éléments mobiles etlou statiques de ladite turbine est obtenu dans un matériau réfractaire massique.Un autre objet de l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication des ailettes de la roue à aubes et du redresseur de ladite turbine.The present invention relates to a gas turbine comprising, on the one hand, a bladed wheel (4) provided with radial-type fins and at least one straightener (5) and mounted in rotation on a transmission shaft engaged with a generator (2), said wheel (4) extending in line with a diffusion nozzle (12), and on the other hand gas admission means supplying said diffusion nozzle (12) in such a way that a gas is fed into the diffusion nozzle in order to drive the impeller (4) in rotation, the said inlet means being constituted by an inlet pipe (10) and an inlet valve (11 ) comprising a valve and a movable valve seat, characterized in that at least one of the movable and/or static elements of said turbine is obtained from a solid refractory material.
