Description

-1- -1-

The present invention relates to the teaching of aquatic gymnastics activities.

In the form of a stainless steel tubular support, and in three parts, this invention is a teaching tool very useful to the monitor. It allows the latter to execute in suspension movements in the three dimensions of space and, while adapting the rates and speeds of gestural execution, recreating at best the constraints of the aquatic environment (water resistance, Archimedes thrust). Practitioners can observe the right movements and execute them in the water at the same rate, the same amplitude, the same position of the body for more efficiency and safety. This device can also be used in water by water gymnastics practitioners, such as elderly people with reduced mobility who need strong support. This allows to evolve throughout the pool and no longer along the wall. The movements executed by the user are various and varied: The pedaling, in the sagittal axis The skier, in the sagittal axis The scissors of legs, in the frontal axis, horizontal and sagittal The beating of legs, in the sagittal axis Sagittal and frontal axis kicks Vertical leg flexions So far aquatic gymnastics instructors use the fixed rungs of swimming pools, simple unstable chairs, or put themselves down on the ground. show a fair gesture. They chained jumps and repeated shocks on the tiling of the basin, resulting in micro trauma and risk of injury. The device according to the invention is presented according to a first characteristic in the form of two stainless steel tubular structures resting on horseshoe-shaped feet with non-slip rubber pads at their end.

45 2922116 -2- Just above the feet, the vertical tube is equipped with a telescopic system to vary the height of the device from one side or both sides. Higher up the vertical tube hosts a bottle holder. A first horizontal tube allows to position the hands of the user. It is foam-wrapped for comfort and a better grip. A second tube slightly inclined offers another grip of the structure, it is also wrapped with a foam. A horizontal tube at seat height can accommodate a removable board to show movements in a sitting position. 45 2922116 -2-

With reference to these drawings, the device in three parts comprises: Two times four anti-slip pads (1) overhung by two times two angled feet shaped tubular horseshoe (2), 40 centimeters in diameter, and stainless steel . Continuing higher we find: Four times a vertical tube (3) in stainless steel with the telescopic system 20 of height adjustment. Four times a lower diameter tube (4) slide inside the tube (3). The lower diameter tubes (4) have orifices (5) which serve to house four locking pins (6). In its upper part, horizontally, the tube (3) is covered twice with a foam sheath (7), further the tube (3) is inclined at thirty degrees and also accommodates twice a foam sheath (7). These foam sheaths serve as handles for the user (8).

On the front of the device twice a tubular seat (9) accommodates the removable board (10) on which the user (8) can sit. A bottle holder (11) is fixed on the vertical tube (3).
