Abstract
Description
CAMION-CITERNE A POMPAGE AMORCE PAR EJECTEURTANK TRUCK WITH EJECTOR PRIMER
The present invention relates to tankers for containing liquids and especially for collecting milk. Already known from FR-A-0005140 a tanker truck including a tank to which a pipe arrives. This pipe is provided with the downstream upstream successively of a main pump and a stop valve. The piping leads to the bottom of a tank whose top has an inlet pipe. The tank communicates from the top with a vacuum device which consists of a vacuum pump. To collect milk, a suction cane is used, putting the tank on the farm in communication with the tank while evacuating the tank with a vacuum pump, which will make it possible to prime the main pump. the stop valve is opened and the main pump is gradually activated, so that milk is pumped into the tank. This arrangement is expensive and complicated. The invention is a tanker truck much simpler to manufacture. The invention therefore relates to a tanker truck comprising a tank to which arrives a delivery pipe of a pump. The suction pipe of the pump is connected to a suction cane. The duct supplying compressed air to an ejector communicates with the compressed air supply of the truck. A level controller controls the startup of the pump and a shut-off valve. According to the invention, the suction duct of the ejector communicates with the pump body, the level controller is mounted on the suction duct of the ejector and the shut-off valve is mounted on the duct. suction of the ejector between the level controller and the ejector, the level controller being such that it closes the shut-off valve and starts the pump when it detects a high level and opens the shut-off valve and stops the pump when it detects a low level.
We now dispense with all the bins, intermediate globes and other elements between the ejector and the suction cane. A timing circuit is preferably provided in an improvement. The stop valve opens when the level controller detects a low level. This allows to automatically control the start of the ejector in case of milk collection operation. Preferably, the pump and the ejector are switched off after a delay provided by an electronic circuit, which starts at the instant the ejector starts. Stopping the suction of the milk in the tank is thus controlled automatically. According to an improvement, a two-way valve is mounted on the discharge duct of the compressed air of the ejector, so that this duct opens out optionally, or preferably directly, in the piping discharge of the pump body. It is thus possible to introduce cleaning agent by the suction cane and to successively pass it through the pump, the ejector suction duct, the stop valve, the ejector, the two-way valve and finally the piping, which allows to have a complete cleaning without any disassembly.
The single figure of the accompanying drawing illustrates the invention. A tanker truck according to the invention is shown schematically by its tank 1 and by its servitude 2 in compressed air. At the tank 1 arrives a pipe 3 provided in the outgoing direction of the tank 1 of a pump 4 and a flexible pipe. At the suction pipe of the pump 4 is connected a hose 10 to which can be connected a suction rod 11 to be immersed in a milk can which is desired that the milk is transferred into the tank 1. A controller 8 level communicates via a suction pipe 7, which starts from a tapping 6 on the pump 4 and on which is mounted a stop valve 5, with an ejector 12. The ejector has a discharge conduit 15 and a conduit 14 for supplying compressed air which communicates with the servitude 2 and on which a valve 19 is mounted. The level controller 8 controls the start-up of the pump 4 by a line 21 and the valve 5 by a line 18. The tank truck according to the invention operates in the following manner. At the beginning, the pump 4 is stopped, the valves 5 and 19 are closed.
The tanker being close to a can, we put the rod 11 in the can and opens the valves 5 and 19. Because of the compressed air that passes into the ejector 12, there is a vacuum in the body of the pump 4, so that milk is sucked therein.
Le lait est pompé du bidon dans la citerne 1.When the milk reaches a certain high level, the controller 8 controls the start-up of the pump 4 via a line 17 and the closing of the valve 5 by a line 18. The milk is pumped from the can in the tank 1.
When there is no more milk in the can, the level of the liquid in the body of the pump 4 returns below a low level. The valve 5 is then opened by the controller 8. The ejector 12 sucks the last droplets of milk in the pipe 10 for a period of 10 seconds after the low level has been reached. This elapsed time, the ejector 12 and the pump 4 are disabled. In the pumping phase, the two-way valve 13 is in a position such that the evacuation duct 15 communicates with the outlet of the ejector 12. The air sucked by the ejector is entirely rejected to the outside. In the washing phase, the valve 13 is in a position such that the discharge duct 15 of the ejector 12 is in communication with the delivery pipe 3 of the pump 4 via a pipe 16. All the cleaning product entering through the sucking rod 11 then successively passes through the pump 4, the suction pipe through the stitching 6, the valve 5, the ejector 12, the valve 13 and the pipe 16 allowing complete cleaning of the whole assembly without any disassembly.
