Abstract
The device (D) has tubes (100) arranged in a plane, and containing heat transfer fluid in displacement. A metallic lattice (200) is provided in contact with the tubes and is constituted of a gypsum support product e.g. Stucanet(RTM: lath). A powdered material (300) such as gypsum, is mixed to a liquid i.e. water, and fixed on a surface of the lattice to allow the lattice to act as a support to coat the tube by passing through openings of the lattice. A heat transfer fluid collector is connected to the tubes to avoid the accumulation of the air inside the tubes. An independent claim is also included for a method for realizing a wall and ceiling heating and cooling device.
