Abstract

The arrangement for automated production of metallic parts, comprises equipments for preparing molten metal, die casting, preparing core and for finishing, a first poly-articulated robot (5) for transporting molten metal to the casting equipment, a second poly-articulated robot (6) for transporting assembled cores from core preparation equipment to die casting equipment, a third poly-articulated robot (7) for extraction of die casting parts after solidification and for transporting the die-casted parts on a downstream post, and a first area (1). The arrangement for automated production of metallic parts, comprises equipments for preparing molten metal, die casting, preparing core and for finishing, a first poly-articulated robot (5) for transporting molten metal to the casting equipment, a second poly-articulated robot (6) for transporting assembled cores from core preparation equipment to die casting equipment, a third poly-articulated robot (7) for extraction of die casting parts after solidification and for transporting the die-casted parts on a downstream post, a first area (1) for implantation of the molten metal preparation equipment, a second area (2) for the implantation of die casting equipment and for the implantation of core preparation equipment, a third area (3) for the implantation of finishing equipments, and a fourth area for core preparation. The implantation is carried out according to single track path of movement of the robots. The first robot is movable between the area of preparation of molten metal and the second robot. The third robot is movable between the second robot and the area of posts for finishing. The path of movement is linear, arched, closed or circular. An independent claim is included for a process for preparation of die casted part.
