Abstract
Description
ENSEMBLE D'APPAREILLAGE ELECTRIQUE COMPRENANT UN APPAREILLAGE ELECTRIQUE AELECTRICAL DEVICE ASSEMBLY COMPRISING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT A
CUVE METALLIQUE ET UN SECTIONNEUR DE TERRE FIXE A LA CUVE DESCRIPTION DOMAINE TECHNIQUE L'invention se rapporte au domaine de l'appareillage électrique sous enveloppe ou cuve métallique à isolation gazeuse, communément appelé GIS. TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to the field of electrical equipment in a casing or metal tank with gas insulation, commonly called GIS.
The invention particularly relates to the grounding of the electrical conductors of this type of electrical equipment. The invention relates more particularly to the mounting of the earthing switch to the metal tank of the electrical equipment. PRIOR ART Conventionally in this type of apparatus, it is known to use earthing switches which make it possible to ground the electrical conductors, depending on the operation of the electrical network passing through the switchgear or during operations. maintenance of the latter. These disconnectors are called MALT (French abbreviation of Mise A La Terre).
The earthing switch thus contacts conductors or bars passing the electric current with the ground network. More specifically, the disconnector comprises a contact rod which penetrates a conductor or bar and which is connected to the housing of the disconnector. The housing is connected to shunts, called shunts of MALT, connected to the metal tanks of the apparatus. These metal tanks are themselves connected to the ground network of the electrical substation. The function of these shunts is to short-circuit an insulating mounting provided between the earthing switch and the metal casing. This insulating assembly is made using an insulating washer and allows certain operations to be carried out during the installation of the shielded substation: commissioning tests, testing of measuring equipment and protections ... The shunts of MALT must be assembled and disassembled if necessary, according to the configuration of the equipment and the operations to be carried out. However, the configurations of stations or equipment are variable. The implementations of earthing disconnectors used are therefore different, and the shunt assemblies are also different, requiring the molding of specific bosses in the metal tanks. These specific bosses, generally of specific shape itself, thus constitute a part of the shunts, the other part of the shunts consisting of metal bars fixed to the bosses and bearing against the disconnector housing. The major disadvantage of such assemblies lies in the impossibility of changing the positioning of the shunts relative to the tank, unless you mold as many specific bosses as there are positions, which would necessarily lead to increased difficulty of molding and therefore higher costs. However, there is a need to be able to change the positioning of MALT shunts on demand, that is to say according to the configuration of the electrical equipment. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is therefore to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks and, thus, to propose a grounding switch mounting solution to the metal tank of an electrical apparatus with shunts of MALT, at a lower cost, more flexible and more easily adaptable to different configurations of equipment.
For this purpose, the invention relates to a set of electrical equipment, comprising: - an electrical equipment of gas-insulated type (GIS) comprising a metal tank, - an earthing switch, called MALT, whose housing is attached to the tank by means of fixing flanges, an electrically insulating washer, interposed between the fixing flange of the earthing switch housing and the fixing flange of the metal tank, and MALT shunt means for short-circuiting the electrical insulation of the washer in normal operation of the apparatus. According to the invention, the MALT shunt means comprise: a metal washer, interposed between the fixing flange of the tank and the insulating washer, and comprising at least one tongue, a removable metal part, in support of the Against the disconnector housing and against the tongue of the metal washer, to create the MALT shunt electrical contacts. In the context of the invention, the normal operating conditions of the apparatus, which do not require disassembly of the shunt means, such as tests, tests for the implementation of the equipment, are understood to mean the normal operation of the apparatus. service, measurement equipment testing and protection ... Such a mounting solution allows a modularity of assembly, that is to say an angular positioning of the shunting means of MALT with respect to the metal tank which can be adapted depending on the environment near the tank. With such a solution, the disconnector housing is grounded without having to mold specific bosses in the metal tank of the apparatus, since there is no direct shunt contact on the tank. The disconnector housing is further grounded regardless of its position relative to the metal vessel. It is also possible to easily obtain different angular positions of the housing relative to the tank, since the (the) piece (s) removable (s) is (are) removed (s) easily and repositioned (s) in support on another tongue of the metal washer. The invention also relates to a metal washer comprising at least one tongue and intended to be used in the electrical equipment assembly mentioned above. The metal washer according to the invention is advantageously molded in one piece with the (es) tab (s).
The washer comprises n tabs disposed on the diameter of the washer and preferably three tabs disposed at 120 from one another to the diameter of the washer. This makes it possible to cover a very wide range of standard electrical equipment using one to three shunt means and to overcome, during assembly, the environment in situ around the apparatus. The number of tongues n is determined as a function of the short-circuit current to be grounded, the material used (copper or aluminum for example) and the section of each tab. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The features and advantages of the invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows and with reference to the accompanying drawings, given by way of illustration and in no way limiting. Figure 1 illustrates in perspective a mounting of a set of electrical equipment according to the state of the art.
Figure 2 is a view illustrating a preferred assembly of a set of electrical equipment according to the invention. Fig. 3 is an exploded view illustrating the preferred arrangement of Fig. 2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PARTICULAR EMBODIMENTS In Fig. 1 there is shown a set of electrical equipment 1 mounted according to the state of the art. The electrical equipment assembly 1 firstly comprises a metal tank 2 and an earth-earthing switch with casing 4, fixed to each other by means of clamps 20, 40, screwed together by means of screws 60. (here three in number) and between which is interposed a washer 15 electrically insulating 3. The set of electrical equipment 1 also comprises means of MALT shunt comprising, on the one hand, a boss 21 molded integrally in the tank metal 2 and on the other hand, a metal bar 5 here of parallelepiped shape. The metal bar 5 is fixed to the boss 21 and in support both with the latter and with the clamping flange 40 of the disconnector casing 4. Thus, for a given type of electrical equipment 1 corresponds to at least one specific boss 21 which requires precise molding with respect to the structure of the vessel 2. However, according to certain configurations of electrical equipment 1, 30 it would be necessary to to position differently (s) specific boss (s) 21, which involves, according to the current technique, to mold other (s) boss (s) in the tank 2 at other (s) location (s) (s) of the latter. These additional bosses increase the difficulty of the molding and therefore the associated costs. In addition, for a given type of apparatus 1 according to Figure 1, the mode of attachment between the housing 4 and the vessel 2 does not allow to position these two elements relative to each other. The mounting solution according to the invention as shown in Figure 2, overcomes these difficulties. References identical to those of FIG. 1 denote identical or similar elements. This FIG. 2 shows, as shunting means of MALT: on the one hand, a metal washer 7 replacing a specific molded boss 21 and intended to be interposed between the clamp 20 for fixing the tank 2 and the insulating washer 3 during assembly, - on the other hand, a piece 8 in the shape of an L, replacing a metal bar 5 and whose small branch is intended to bear against the fixing flange 40 housing 4 while the large branch is intended to bear against one of the tabs 70 of the metal washer 7. According to a particular mounting variant, the metal washer 7 is provided with three tabs 70a, 70b, 70c arranged 120 to each other and to a plurality of fixing holes 700 uniformly distributed at 45 at the periphery (FIG. 3). A typical assembly with three tabs 70 covers a range of very common electrical equipment. According to a preferred mounting mode, the metal washer 7 is in the mounted position interposed between the two fastening flanges 20,40 respectively of the metal tank 2 and the casing 4 being traversed by the fixing screws 60 (Figure 3). According to this same preferred method of assembly, the apparatus assembly 1 comprises three identical L-shaped metal parts 8 (FIG. 3). Each metal part 8 is, in the mounted position, bearing on both a given tab 70a, 70b, 70c of the metal washer 7 and on the fastening flange 40 of the casing 4. Each metal part 8 is, according to this method of preferred mounting, further secured to the flange 40 of the casing 4 by means of a screw 61a and fixed directly to the tongue 7 by means of a screw 61b (Figure 3).
According to this embodiment, one of the branches of the removable part 8 comprises at least one hole 800 to fix by screw 61b the removable part 8 to the metal washer 7 through the hole 701 of the latter.
The invention as proposed makes it possible: to angularly position the shunting means 7,70,8 with respect to the tank 2 and to the disconnector casing 4 as a function of the environment in situ; angularly positioning the casing 4 with respect to the tank 2 as a function of the environment in situ; - Remove shunt bosses 21 molded according to the prior art. It goes without saying that other embodiments may be envisaged in the context of the invention, for example the shape of the metal support part 8.
