Abstract

The device has a rigid solid element formed by a horizontal plane base that is articulated to three hinges (4) with a bending limit stop allowing transfer of a spinal post operative person on the device. Retractable rings (5) are fixed on the base, and permits clipping of two straps with three stands. The straps are hung on an end of the base by the rings at a hoist. The rings permit bending of the person and fixing of the strap for transferring the person. The two straps ensure a connection between the device and the hoist.

Description

DESCRIPTION (0001) La présente invention concerne un dispositif fabriquéDESCRIPTION (0001) The present invention relates to a manufactured device

2 5 4,0 3o 2909548 (0015) La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de transférer et d'installer une personne allongée (ex : lit) et un support assis (ex : fauteuil roulant) ou inversement.  in a rigid plastic material, lined with foam to quickly transfer and install a person lying down post-operatively in comfort, without manipulation that may result in weakening of the surgery. This between a horizontal support and a seated support or vice versa, the 2 not necessarily nearby. 4o (0002) The movement of people in the postoperative (spine) stage of surgery from the spine to the hospital, rehabilitation center, or return home has many constraints related to the recent surgery and the configuration of the places and equipment. 45 (0003) Some people, such as arthrodesis of the spine in children with multiple disabilities 02o present risks prohibiting any manipulation that can lead to pain and injury between the back and the lower limbs, or caregivers or relatives at home must perform transfers to move from lying to sitting or vice versa. ~ 2S (0004) The difficulty is to transfer and install the person with the same device without creating stress in the unconsolidated surgical procedure. (0005) For example, to transfer a person from a hospital bed or house to a wheelchair or stretcher, seat, the device remaining the same for transfer and sitting installation. (0006) Known techniques often require manipulations involving several people who can create unsynchronized movements for recently operated patients. 45 (0007) The current devices consist of several elements to pass only from a horizontal support to another horizontal support (eg bed, stretcher). 2909548 (0008) These same devices do not allow to transfer the person with only one speaker. (0009) These same devices do not transfer the person from a lying position to sitting or vice versa. (0010) These same devices do not allow to install the person in a sitting position with the same 45 monocoque device (transfer, sitting installation). (0011) ao The solutions of the prior art do not make it possible to respond to these different constraints. - 1 device = transfer elongated seated sitting installation 1 single speaker 1 single handling (0012) EP 1 527 762 A1 discloses a device composed at least by 2 elements for transferring a person lying between 2 horizontal supports. (0013) 4-o US 4,012,799 describes a device which is intended to ensure the movement or transfer of people lying down. The device is composed of at least two elongated pieces having a central fold intended to be placed in the interval between two reception areas, such as beds. 45 (0014) US 2,587,068 discloses a particularly complicated transfer device consisting of a wheelchair that can be transformed into a stretcher by means of multiple articulations. The present invention relates to a device for transferring and installing a lying person (eg bed) and a seated support (eg wheelchair) or vice versa.

Use for example for health professionals in the hospital, rehabilitation center and by the family at home. The device according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises 1 rigid element hinged to 45 2/3 with stops to 90 (fig.2) - transfer element and installation provided with rings (5) necessary for lifting . This transfer is always done by means of a patient lift (fig.7) on which are positioned the straps with 3 strands, the lifting is done by traction causing the folding of the device up to 90 20 (fig.7) and the person will be transferred to a comfortable, safe and non-traumatic position for the surgery, the transfer will be slightly inclined backwards to ensure a good distribution of the supports (fig.7). The patient lifter not being part of the invention. The device according to the invention is composed of a single flat foam-lined transfer element (FIG. 1), rectangle-shaped (2) for the back and square-shaped (3) for the buttocks and thighs, articulated between them by hinges (4) provided with stops limiting the bending of these 2 elements to 80, 90 (10) according to the definition this device is also provided with rings (5) coupled to 2 straps of 3 strands of different lengths (fig.3 ) to ensure the transfer (lengths: 38 - 56 - 52) (fig.4). Indeed, this device is equipped with fasteners (5) and 2 straps with 3 strands of different lengths (fig.4) to couple it to a sick patient mechanical or electrical (fig.7) and to approach safely the person (on the device) of the other element (wheelchair, chair, etc ....). The present invention therefore proposes to remedy the various disadvantages set out above by realizing not only a transfer device for arthrodesis spine (extended, sitting without risk), positioning torque, installation of the person with the same device in sitting position thanks wedges (trunk thigh basin) (fig.9 and fig.10) and indented areas (11), the two elements are not necessarily close to each other. The invention relates to a rigid device for rapidly transferring and installing a post-operative spinal patient in comfort, without manipulation that may lead to stresses that may weaken or deteriorate the surgery, this between a horizontal support (Ex .lit) and a seated support (Eg wheelchair) or vice versa, the two not necessarily close to each other characterized in that it consists of a single rigid monobloc element (fig.1) consisting of a flat base horizontal (fig.1) hinged to 2/3 by three hinges (4) with bending limit stops to 90 (10) for the transfer of the person by sliding on the device (fig.5 and fig.6) on which the rings (5) are fixed to allow the clipping of the two straps with three strands of different lengths (FIG 3) themselves hooked at the other end by a ring to the sick hoist (FIG.
