Abstract

The box (1) has an upper container (2) for a product, and a lower palletisable plate (3) for supporting the container. Hooking units hook the container with the plate, where the units have upper and lateral fins housed in corresponding windows respectively formed via a horizontal base wall (7) and a lower tubular appendage (8) of the container. The plate has angular reinforcing elements, and is laterally limited by a lateral wall (16) conformed to receive a display box lifting device.

Description

The present invention relates to a presentation box. More

  particularly the present invention relates to a presentation box of the type comprising a vertical front wall and a rear wall parallel to each other; a lower wall and an upper horizontal wall parallel to each other and perpendicular to the anterior and posterior walls; the two vertical side walls parallel to each other and perpendicular to the anterior, posterior, inferior and superior walls.

  Generally, at least the anterior wall comprises two parts separated from each other by a line of low resistance defined, for example, by a precut line or cutting. When the presentation box is open, from its initial closed configuration, the two parts of the anterior wall are spaced from each other so as to define, at least a portion of the extraction opening of a product contained in the same presentation box. Known presentation boxes of this type, described above, have certain drawbacks arising mainly from the fact that their storage and transport require the use of a relatively bulky and expensive support pallet. The object of the present invention is to provide a presentation box which does not have the disadvantages described above and which is simple and economical. According to the present invention, there is provided a display box as claimed in the appended claims. The present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, which illustrate a non-limiting exemplary embodiment in which: - Figure 1 is a front view of a preferred embodiment of the presentation box according to the present invention. 2 is an exploded front view of the presentation box according to FIG. 1. With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, the reference numeral 1 generally indicates a presentation box comprising a container 2 which is upper for less a product (not shown) and a lower palletizable tray 3 of the support of the container 2 itself. The container 2 has a substantially parallelepipedal shape, and comprises, according to its final open configuration, a front wall 4 and a rear wall 5 vertical, parallel to each other, the wall 4 being cut to define at least a portion of an opening d extraction of said product (not illustrated) from the container 2, two side walls 6, vertical, parallel to each other and perpendicular to the walls 4 and 5, and a horizontal bottom wall and perpendicular to the walls 4, 5 and 6. The container 2 further comprises a lower tubular appendage 8, which projects downwardly from the wall 7 and in turn comprises a front wall 9 and a rear wall vertical parallel to each other and two parallel vertical side walls 11, they and perpendicular to the walls 9, 10.

  As illustrated in Figures 3 and 4, each wall 9, 10 and 11 comprises an outer panel 12 connected and substantially coplanar with the relative walls 4, 5 and 6, and an inner panel superimposed and connected to the panel 12 itself. The wall 7 is defined by four fins 14, which are each connected to a relative panel 13 and are embedded between them with an upwardly inclined inclination, so as to allow said products (not shown), contained in FIG. container interior 2, to produce the embedding force of the fins 14 between them.

Referring to Figures 2, 5 and 6, the tray 3 has a substantially parallelepipedal shape and comprises an upper horizontal support wall 15, an anterior wall 16 and a posterior wall 17, vertical, parallel to each other and perpendicular to the wall 15, the two side walls, vertical, parallel to each other and perpendicular to the walls 15, 16 and 17. Each wall 16, 17 and 18 comprises an outer panel 19 having a substantially U-shape with a concavity turned downwards. and defines with each adjacent panel 19 15 a relative support leg 20 of the plate 3 and an inner panel 21, connected and superimposed centrally on the panel 19 itself. Each foot 20 has a horizontal support panel 22 connected to the relative wall 18 and a link fin 23, which is connected to the panel 22 and folded against the relative wall 16, 17 and is glued to the relative wall 16, 17 itself. The plate 3 is inserted below the container 2, protrudes downwards from the appendix 8, has a depth, measured perpendicularly to the walls 16, 17 substantially equal to a depth of the appendix 8 measured perpendicularly to the walls 9, 10 and has, in addition, a width, measured perpendicularly to the walls 18, less than a width of the appendix 8 measured perpendicular to the walls 11. The conformation and the dimensions of the plate 3 allow the use of a lifting device (not shown) of the presentation box 30 1, through the walls 16, 17 of the plate 3 itself. Of course, according to an alternative embodiment not illustrated, the plate has a width, measured perpendicularly to the walls 18, substantially equal to a width of the appendix 8 measured perpendicularly to the walls 11.

The tray 3 is hooked on the container 3, in this case, by means of two upper fins 24, which protrude upwardly from the wall 15 to lodge in respective slots 25 (only one of them). FIGS. 3 and 4) are shown through the walls 7 of the bottom of the container 2 and through two pairs of lateral fins 26 which protrude laterally from the walls 16, 17 to lodge in relative lumens. 27 through at least one inner panel 13 of the anterior wall 9 and the posterior wall 10 of the appendix 8. The presentation box 1 has some advantages mainly due to the fact that the structure of the lower plate 3 and the presence of the angular reinforcing elements 28 give the presentation box 1 a high compressive strength and makes it possible to store and transport directly presentation box 1 without any support pallet.
