Currently there are metal or synthetic tanks that offer a closed hollow volume to recover the rainwater of a house. The present invention relates to a sealed hollow volume forming the tank (Fig. 1-31) and on the upper periphery of this tank a lid shape (33) having in its inner part a burr (35) where the soil and vegetation will be arranged to form the gardener leaning peripherally on a shoulder (37 and Fig. 2-39). In the case of Figure 1, the tank and the planter are integral and if using a synthetic material, such as polyethylene resistant to ultraviolet radiation, to achieve this hollow volume is obtained for example by rotomoulding or extrusion blow molding. In the case of Figure 2, as in Figure 1, the tank and the planter are produced from a single mold and with the same manufacturing processes as above. But once the part produced is separated by a double line of peripheral saw (Fig.2-38) the cistern of the planter and then come to embed it on the upper periphery of the tank (Fig.3). This allows, especially for logistics, to stack planters with planters and cisterns with tanks, if you have sufficiently open angles and preferably frustoconical or pyramidal forms. If the planters are produced separately and the tanks are made of different molds, and if a suitable synthetic material is used, these parts can be obtained by injection or thermoforming. They can also be made of metal (boilermaking, stamping), wood or concrete based by conventional methods. To complete these parts, filling holes (Fig. 2-41), overflow (44) and mast door (54) will be placed in the upper part of the garden tank and a draw-off hole in its lower part ( 47). These holes will be made from inserts judiciously arranged in the mold or molds to allow all screwing, fixing and installation of valves, valves, plugs, funnels, valves, filters, felts, carrying cuffs or other. For the overflow of the tank, a relief (48) in the planter facilitates the evacuation of the water because the support on the shoulder is interrupted at this precise spot in front of the overflow. In addition, these filling and draining orifices can be regulated in terms of duration and flow rate of the water by valves which are controlled and connected to sensors sensitized by the level of the water and its flow in the tank for example, or by means of floats connected to valves mechanically reacting depending on the level and flow of water also in the tank and possibly in the planter. The planter, once filled with soil and vegetation, has a certain weight. To better distribute this load and prevent sagging, a shoulder (Fig. 1 - 2908431 2 37 and Fig.2-39) is provided on the periphery of the tank which receives the load from the perimeter of the planter. In addition, for large volumes, the central portion of the planter is provided with a relief room (Fig.2-49 and Fig.3-55). Under this reservation (Fig.3-57) is placed a support mast, vertical, solid or hollow, metal, wood, concrete or synthetic material that is supported on the center of the bottom of the tank in its axis and acting in this way as a stiffener between the planter and the bottom of the tank to cancel the weight of the earth in the center of the planter. Thus the weight of the gardener is supported both on its periphery by a shoulder of the tank and in its center by a mast. In addition a door mast (Fig.2-54 and Fig.3-58) can help to fix or embed a sun visor or umbrella to shelter particular plantations. The water recovery tank currently has the appearance of a tank. To change this appearance we can give the garden tank the image of a big pot of flower. To obtain the terracotta appearance of the outer shell of the tanker gardener is prepared a finely hand-plastered form by hand, for example. In this form molten aluminum is cast which becomes the mold which is loaded with, for example, polyethylene mixed with a terra-cotta colored pigment. Thus, after rotomoulding, a garden cistern resembling, for example, a large pot of terracotta flower with a tank that can hold 50 to 2000 liters of water. This garden tanker can thus be integrated in the garden of an individual building as well as on the balconies or terraces of the collective buildings and operate with the appropriate diversions of the downspouts of the buildings.
